My engineer was Billy and he went above and beyond.

From survey carried out by Kevin, to installation by Paul, our experience with this company has been excellent. Prompt installation at a competitive and fair price, along with peace of mind that the job has been completed by a very professional company. Apart from a nice new boiler, you wouldn't know Paul had been here- no cleaning up to do after him. The office staff too are very efficient and helpful, and nothing was too much bother. No hesitation in recommending them- as a matter of fact, my brother is having a new boiler fitted by them next week.

We recently decided to replace our old gas boiler because of the likely increasing difficulty of obtaining spare parts in view of its age. The boiler was to replace a floor-standing one in a very limited space, and we were very favourably impressed by the helpful information given to us by the HomeHeat representative, Mr Kevin Whitters, who came to provide a quotation. He suggested that the Vaillant boiler with a rear flue would be most appropriate. The price quoted was very reasonable and the quotation therefore accepted. On the day of the installation of the new boiler the HomeHeat team arrived very promptly and set about its installation in a very efficient manner. This involved removing a bench top to allow greater access to the limited space available and then its replacement in position when the boiler had been installed – one would not have known that it had had to be removed and refitted. The whole job was done very effectively, including replacement of a leaking pump, and we are delighted with the results of the whole operation.

This is the second time we've used this company and have had absolutely no problems.
Turned up on time to supply a quote, came on time to install, tidied up, pleasant and professional, follow up after installation to check we were happy and they registered new boiler.
Also offer a very competitive yearly service.
