I had a great experience with HomeHeat. They were quick, knowledgable, happy to answer questions, competitively priced and I’m very happy with the work completed.

After the consultation visit from Kevin Withers, which was both professional and informative, we received a competitive quote which aligned with the timescale we were hoping for. A combination of these factors made us choose Homeheat and throughout the process they were easy to deal with, offered good advice and were always approachable. In the end we extended our order from having a new system boiler fitted to adding 10 radiators. The work was done well in the timeframe promised and I would have no hesitation in using them again.

Homeheat were great from start to finish on this new boiler installation job. I was able to book a quote and within a couple of weeks the boiler had been both selected and fitted hassle free. I was quoted quite a bit more with another company and would have had to rip floors up etc. Homeheat found a much simpler solution and managed the fitting in a day. Overall very happy, all were very friendly and great customer service!

The first time something went wrong the company claimed the repair was not covered and quoted a huge amount of money for what should be a simple swap out. I have been a customer of Home Heat for some time and have been happy with the regular service. The engineer is excellent. However, Head Office have really let the company down with the first repair that I needed. What a shame.

Would highly recommend this company. Excellent service, workmanship and communication.

Delighted with the service I’ve received from Homeheat from Kevin the engineer who came to give us the quotes,the quickness of the quote being Emailed and the efficiency of it being installed all done in a week Billy the fitter was a fantastic worker working diligently all day and cleaned up as he went along very happy

Great service from start to finish. We contacted homeheat after a few friends had recommended them. We had Lee out to service our 15yr plus boiler and he spoke us through how to use it to its potential, walked his way around all the radiators in the house to make sure they are all working to there full capacity. Tried in July to arrange boiler service, was told had to what until November. On due date waited all afternoon, got call at 4.30 and told couldn’t come.
In Feb called again this time for leaking boiler which required collecting and emptying buckets of water. Told to wait four days for appointment. On due date got call again to say that they couldn’t come again. This time I was told it was because a pensioner had a broken boiler and was a priority. They didn’t ask, but we are also pensioners with a broken boiler who had been emptying buckets all weekend.
Wouldn’t be using again, they have no idea about customer service. They said as our boiler was not installed by then we were not a priority.
Unreliable company.

About the middle of January I decided to get 3 quotes for a new boiler the first quote believe it or not was done over the phone which didn't fill me with confidence so I passed on that one the second one said I would have to move the boiler the boiler that has been there since the house was built in the 1960s then the third company stepped forward and in came kevin from HOMEHEAT who checked everything over and said no problem we can fit you in over the next two weeks 2 weeks later in steps paul on the 12th of February like superman installed our boiler and flushed all our radiators paul arrived at 8.00 am and did not give up cleaning out every radiator in the house and did not leave until the job was done fantastic I would like to take this opportunity to thank the HOMEHEAT family for their brilliant work throughout the whole process of getting our boiler fitted especially kevin paul and gillian thanks again Allan

My heating broke down and it was my decision to have the entire system replaced however being a Saturday afternoon on a cold February I wasnt very hopeful of getting this done quickly. I contacted three companies and only two could come out to give me a quote the following day. I received same advice from both companies however one of the companies stressed how difficult and expensive my job would be and the other company being you guys (Homeheat Limited) said there would be no problem and it could be done in a day. I only had to wait a few days before work got underway. The boys were sitting outside my property bang on 8am and never stopped till 8pm that night. The heating installers were very respectful of my property, covered everything and cleaned up as they went. They had great maners and when the electrician came to fit my control pad he sat with me till I was confident I knew how to work it. Dealing with this company on the telephone I spoke to two different ladies who were equally nice and extremely helpful and very polite.
The finished result OMG im over the moon and my house has never been as warm as it is now.
I 100% recommend this company to anyone looking for a good heating system or even just a repair.

Following our decision to replace our old boiler we found Kevin, from HomeHeat, very helpful indeed in suggesting a boiler which would fit into a somewhat restricted space, and this was an important factor in our choice of boiler. Once we had opted for a particular boiler and arranged a date, the HomeHeat team arrived very promptly in the morning and set to work removing the old boiler and installing the new one. By 4:00 p.m. they had completed all the work, and cleared the debris away and were ready to head for home. I was most impressed with their work and very satisfied. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone else wanting a gas boiler installation.

The office staff are very efficient and helpful. The engineer made the experience very straightforward and the girls in the salon continued to work unhindered. Competitively priced boiler pre boiler tax. at short notice. No hassle. Appreciated the extended warranty from 5 to 6 years.
Also thought the courtesy call was very thoughtful. I would have no reservation recommending Homeheat.
