This company replaced a boiler in my home. I had originally wanted to replace the boiler with one similar to the one that had stopped working, but rather than do this the company offered a smaller cheaper one of the same make, explaining that for my needs it would perform close to older one (which in reflection was bigger than required). So honest advice that reduced my price.

The quote and thus price I paid was considerably less than the other companies I contacted. The anticipated service charges for my boiler are also less than those charged by the previous company I used. The staff (fitters and office staff) were polite careful and diligent and did an excellent job. So overall a great experience.

The explanation of the job in hand from Kevin Whitters was first class; reducing my stress levels on a purchase, which he understood was of significant cost to me. Kevin answered my numerous questions, leaving me confident placing my trust in Homeheat (Scotland). Taking into account my gas pipe work, location of combi-boiler I was offered 3 quotations; I decided to go with the Vaillant Ecofit 830 combi, and liaising with the admin team was also stress free, with clear and precise correspondence throughout.

Homeheat (Scotland) engineer (Willie) arrived promptly on-site on the day of installation, and was clear in his explanations as to what he was doing throughout the day. He was a polite and tidy worker; no mess was left at the end of the job and clear instructions on location of boiler controls and handheld thermostat.

I would highly recommend, for a stress free boiler installation.

I chose Homeheat as I had been recommended it by a good friend. They did not disappoint. I am extremely pleased with all workmanship and all the people I dealt with were very friendly. The girls I talked to in the office were friendly and nothing was a bother to them. I would definitely recommend Homeheat to others.

I honestly can't recommend HomeHeat Scotland enough.

Our old boiler had packed in and we were given a very reasonable quote over the phone and by email. We were both away with work all week and Saturday was the 1st day we were free so we thought we'd need to wait until the Monday with no heating. HomeHeat went out their way to make themselves available on the Saturday!

Billy turned up on Saturday and wasn't able to remove the old boiler. It was 100% not his fault. Our kitchen unit and sink is right in front of the boiler and it would have been impossible to get it done in a day without a joiner to help. I had my suspicions it would be a nightmare for the engineer and it was.

Again, we thought we'd have to wait until Monday but Billy agreed to come out the next day as he was concerned that we'd went so long without heating and hot water.

You don't often see companies and tradesmen that really care about the wellbeing of their customers but Billy and HomeHeat are an exception to this. Such a lovely guy and such a lovely company.

It was all installed and the place left clean and tidy after 6 hours. Pretty great for a really really awkward job. Before he left we were given clear and easy instructions on how the new boiler operated.

Lauren called today (Monday) from HomeHeat to make sure we were happy with the new boiler and to explain what we had to do to maintain the warranty.

To be honest, I don't go out my way often enough to leave positive reviews for people but Billy, Lauren and HomeHeat thoroughly deserve it. I'd use them again in a heartbeat even if I got a cheaper quote elsewhere.

Fantastic service from start to finish every communication from the girls in the office Gillian and Lauren, home visit assessment with Kevin and professional emails with quotes really gave me every confidence in Home Heat Scotland. Installation of the new boiler was quick and tidy I couldn’t ask for more thank you Ross and team.

Helpful, concise, accommodating. I needed a boiler replacement sharpish for family with small children in February... HH sorted me out a boiler and fitters within 2 working days, phoned to make sure everything was going to my satisfaction, just what I needed. Would happily use them again, but hope not to need them for a while!

As we were having problems with our dated boiler, we contacted Homeheatscotland for a quote to install a new boiler. We were delighted with the service we received from Homeheatscotland from start to finish. Speedy initial consultation and planning date for the installation. We were expecting them on the Thursday morning 24th February but due to the snow, they had to reschedule. They arrived on Saturday 26th February early in the morning and had completed the installation by lunch time. As we had had no hot water for over a week, we were very grateful for the extra work they did coming at the weekend. Scott and Ross are 2 very pleasant young men and nothing was too much bother for them They left the house in perfect condition and you wouldn't have known they had been. The office staff were also very efficient and attentive. Lauren was so helpful in the whole process. I would definitly recommend this company.

Absolutely delighted with the service from Homeheat Scotland. The whole process from arranging the initial visit right through to installation and follow-up has been superb, everything well explained, and kept as simple as possible. On the day of installation, the engineer was courteous, professional, and extremely efficient. I could not recommend Homeheat Scotland highly enough.

Before accepting Homeheat quote for a new boiler I decide to check their reviews on Trustpilot and thought nobody could be that good after reading the glowing reports that they had received. How wrong was I. When Billy and Paul turned up on the day of installation, and without prompting they removed their shoes when moving from room to room and put on face masks when talking to my wife and I showing total respect for customer property and well being. They covered all work areas with dust sheets before starting work. The new boiler was installed, old tanks and pipework removed from loft in the space of one day with little or no mess left. Both guys were cheery and courteous throughout the day. System was fully tested by both before they left. Must also mention the professional and pleasant manner of the office staff.
Would highly recommend this company for boiler installation.

My youngest sons CO alarm went off on Sunday night, a frightening time for him....an emergency engineer deemed his boiler dangerous and immediately decommissioned it.
He faced a bleak few days with no heating and no hot water in the middle of February.
I had used Homeheatscotland last year to replace my own boiler and found them very reliable, friendly and efficient but I didn't realise just how efficient they would be this time.
I called on Monday morning, and a lovely friendly lady called Suzanne took all my sons details and forwarded a message to Kevin who managed to squeeze in a survey of the flat that very afternoon.
Their detailed quote was delivered by email on Tuesday morning, and was very reasonably priced as well as offering interest free credit over 2 years.
We accepted their quote and received a call at lunchtime on Tuesday to say that due to a cancellation they could fit my sons new boiler on Wednesday.
I've worked in the service industry myself and can only praise this company for their great communication, great service and great pricing! Thanks to Suzanne, Kevin and their reliable fitters my son has a cosy home once again and at the age of 24 still thinks I'm super-mum and can fix anything and everything! He is delighted!

Overall very good. A bit of a hiccup on the first arranged install day when one man turned up as scheduled but went away as he said it was a two man job. Their office were very apologetic and helpful and installation was rearranged promptly and two men turned up at the arranged date. The false start may have been as they were too keen to help as I had to heat and hot water. the actual installation was efficient and tidy and installers helpful in all respects, and they worked a long 10 hour day to get it all done in the one day. Their office also phoned the next day to recheck everything was ok, which it was. Price was also excellent especially given the ridiculous, unjustifiable prices many installers are charging for one days work.
