Scam website. Product never received, despite tracking indicating it had been delivered. USPS was able to confirm that they issued a 'duplicate' tracking number to a legitimate tracking number that was properly delivered to a different address from a different company. Customer Service was responsive but gave the 'run around. Good news is I was able to get full credit from my bank. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

DO not purchase anything from this site. IT IS A SCAM! they will never deliver your product and their is no customer service.

Realice un pedido y mi producto no ha llegado hace mas de 7 dias, cuando en la página ofrecian de 3 - 5 dias la entrega, y ahora que quiero recuperar mi dinero la pagina de devoluciones no sirve

WARNING - do not order from this business. I wish there were a way to give this business a minus 10. They are super scam artists. I ordered replacement heads for my Sonic toothbrush for $49.99 in March, 2024. Order never shipped. It took several attempts to get order cancelled last month mid April 2024. Now I cannot contact anyone regarding refunding my money. I have made 16 attempts to get a response to emails to no avail. I tried calling again today (5-6-24) to reach someone via phone and my call auto disconnected after the same canned message, "All agents are currently busy". You won't hear back from them!

If the scale went negative I would go further down. I ordered something that stated 2 business days delivery. No update of course when I contact them they cite a generic "inventory" excuse so I reply and ask for a refund, and cancel. No resp[onse. No money back. No nothing. Still havent gotten the product. So I reply again and simply state, well Ill just tell everyone who listens. Truth is its only 23 dollars, but thats a lot on unemployment and thats why I was tryingto find a better deal.

I searched a product in Google then this website showed up. I went to their site and it's a bit expensive but it says 2 days delivery and shipping is free. I placed an order and it said I would get an update on my shipping. 4 days later and still no word so I tried to call them, no response from their call center so I sent them an email. I got a response from after 5 days!!!!!
They were saying that they ran out of inventory so I waited for 2 more weeks and still no update!!!
I sent an email to just cancel my order, they replied after 3 days saying that my order has been cancelled but they didn't say anything about a REFUND!
I replied to them asking for a refund but they are now just ignoring me!
KARMA WILL SOON FIND YOU ONE WAY OR ANOTHER!!!

I buy from this website because they advertise 2 days of delivery. But after more than 7 days I still haven't received the order, and when I contacted them they still said the order was being processed. Worse yet, I can't cancel the product.
