THEY ARE A SCAM, automated phone answering service. Automated email response...total scam. I am reporting them.

Same as everyone else. 100% SCAM. I order an item, it was never shipped/received. I emailed , received one response and none since. They don’t answer phone. There is no physical address to file complaint with BBB. So frustrating.

They stole my money, never received what I ordered and the only response you get is automatically generated telling me to wait. Was supposed to be 2 day shipping, it’s been 1 month still nothing.

I place an order a week ago and I still haven't heard from them. I got a confirmation email. I have called 4 times, emailed 4 times. I received a email that said they had stocking issues, and I see from the reviews that is the typical response they give. STOP please don't order anything from this place. It's been over a week and it's supposed to be a two day delivery.

I ordered coffeemate creamer, paid 49.90 for two 180 count boxes. Still have not received them. Trying to contact someone to get delivery or a refund. I'm a 58 yr old widow who just lost my husband on 12/22. I can't afford to lose money by scammers.

I purchased Kirkland Signature Small Formula Chicken and Vegetable Dog Food on the homedeliveries.us website using a Chase Bank credit card. Still, the seller has not shipped the item and will not refund the money even after multiple contacts.

SCAM
Ordered a product. Was told it was back ordered. Followed up with an email. They said it was in production. Followed up with a second email stating I needed a refund. NO response yet. Next step is to file a refund request through my credit card company.

SCAM! Should have came here to read the reviews before purchasing, like others, got SCAMMED! Same story. How can we report this website / company to stop them from scamming people ??? I can’t believe they’re allowed to exist for such a long time. Where’s the internet police ?

I'm Totally Convinced!!!!!!!! Home Deliveries Is A Scam. I placed an order on January 6th 2024. The order was to be delivered in 2 days. I emailed them, received a response back BS about low stock.
Bottom line is...I'VE BEEN SCAMMED!!!

Only one star because I can't give it zero Stars. Like some of the commenters below, I never got the product never got a response from the company.

They deserve zero stars. I’m not sure they are even a legit company so I would not recommend ordering from them. I never received my product. They responded to one email inquiry but never followed up and ignored all other emails. I finally filed a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back.

I placed an order on November 26, 2024. The ad indicated the product was in stock and should be delivered between Nov 28 and 29th. It never came. After looking at the reviews, I contacted them by email as NO ONE will answer the phone CALLS and asked that the order be cancelled. I made this request repeatedly. The only response was a generated statement that said they were sorry for the delay cause by inventory issues. Again I I asked for a cancellation. On 12/5/2024 I received an email indicating the product was on its way. I contacted the distributor of the product and they had no initial knowledge of homedeliveries. Later the distributor got back in touch and said apparently homedeliveries was trying to get the product from another retail location and charging the customers more than what it could be bought for otherwise. I told homedeliveries that if they did send anything I would return it. This was told to them before the shipment was made. They sent it anyway per my last email from them on 12/5/2024. They now say the delivery will be on Dec 11, 2024. I would NEVER place another order with this outfit. Read the other reviews.

I run a business. Always used Amazon. They were out of my eco vitamin packets. So nervously ordered thru this company. 2 weeks! Emailed nothing ! Bait and switch company. Trying to find order number, my name and number not enough! Scam

I just got my delivery today, over a month after I ordered it, and after twice being told “we’re just getting your order ready to ship”, and three days after I told them to cancel my order, and two days after they emailed “so sorry but we had already shipped your order when your cancellation appeared “.
And when I opened it today it wasn’t even what I ordered. I ordered steel-cut oats and it was rolled oats, which I don’t eat. Off to the food bank with them. They know I won’t take the trouble to send them back. Great way to run a company.

I placed an order two weeks ago. I chose the two day delivery option. I received order confirmation and have not heard from them since. They do not have record of my online order number either. Needless to say, I am quite disappointed and will not use Home Deliveries again.

SCAM COMPANY
They advertised that delivery would be in 2 days. Date came and went. Nothing. I emailed them. They apologize and said there was a problem with the inventory. Another week passes. I emailed again. They gave me a tracking number”. I checked with UPS. According to their site it was waiting for the package. It’s been 1 month, 6 emails, 10 phone unanswered phone calls … I’m pretty sure I will NEVER see delivery of the product. Glad I called my credit card co and notified them of the scam.

Horrible company I ordered and then tried to cancel 5 minutes after ordering. They responded 2 days later with sorry it’s our fault but we shipped it anyway. Actually I was trying to order from Costco and these people had Kirkland olive oil and I stupidly just thought it was Costco.Well I guess I’m getting old and starting to make these mistakes.

I ordered several packages of cashews from Home Deliveries on 10-0-24. When I completed the order I was informed that delivery would be in 2 business days. It is now the 24th of October and the cashews have not arrived. In addition, I tried to track the order through their website. It was impossible to do. I then emailed the company several times, but never got a response. I also telephoned the company several times, but they never answered the phone except to tell me to leave a voicemail. That proved impossible to do. I will never do business with this company again and would encourage others to do the same. An absolutely horrible company!

Ordered dog food as product was out at costco. Paid almost double.

Product not recieved. Shipping info not recieved
