Have ordered several times and received perfect and clean products. This last time in 4/25 not so much. To date I have not received any part of the order and paid $162.14 through Paypal etc. I have contact this company several times and absolutely nothing. I then went to our very small town Post Office and the PostMaster looked up the FexEX # and found that it was delivered to the Veternarian on Rte 83. The Postmaster called the Vet (who she knew) and the Vet was very nasty - saying"I have people who open all my orders. So I so not have any answer - and hung up" SO as of today 11/25/25 I still have not received the order - which was for diapers and vitamins for my husband - who passed away on 10/20/25. I am asking for a refund for the full amount of $162.14. This should be sent to me immediately - as you never delivered any of this order # HDUS4095 dated 4/18/25 $162.14. Please note that I am 85 years old, on a walker, and will not tolerate being ignored from my request for a refund. If you feel that I am not due a refund - please help me understand why? Thank you for your time. Please advise me as soon as possible etc.

Site is a scam like others say. There is no way to contact them and no refund.

My 3 emails have been ignored. Did not receive product, and was charged full amount of $39.99 plus $10.00 S/H. Total $49.99 - I've contacted PayPal.

Ordered items on 4/23/25. They said item was delivered on 4/25/25 by UPS. Never got items, got tracking number but according to UPS the number was not even for my name or address even though they have picture of delivery, but not to my house. Emailed them and they sent email stating they would contact UPS and send my items or send refund. Have emailed them four times and no response. It seems that this is a big scam.
Am contacting Attorney General to file complaint. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE CROOKS.

This place is a scam. No customer service support, no product delivered.

ZERO STARS for this so-called business. All bad reviews here are true. It seems like this is their modus. I was told that the package was delivered and it even gave me the UPS tracking number. But when I called UPS, it was to a different address and for a different recipient. I tried to get verification from UPS, but of course they will not give me that information because, after all, it wasn't under my name!! But of course, UPS has a picture of delivery that was not even my porch! Paypal ruled in their favor because they had a "proof of delivery" but their "proof" was to a different address! PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They should be flagged.

Update: Paypal finally decided in my favor and refunded me the money because they verified that there were multiple complaints against this business. They also suspended their account. Just beware because they might be selling at another platform.

I wish I could give it ZERO stars. This is a fraudulent business. Ordering a product from this business doesn't lead to receiving the product. They just take your money and never send you the product. I made an order on April 19, 2025. I checked the company's website daily to see when the order was shipped. On April 24, 2025, it showed that the package was delivered, and it showed a tracking number for UPS. When I tracked the package, it showed that it was delivered on April 24 at 12:31 pm. It showed a photo of the house where it was delivered, and it's not my house. I called UPS and found out that it wasn't my package. The UPS representative told me that the package with that tracking label was addressed to a different person and it was delivered to the correct address. I started calling and emailing Home Deliveries US. Every time I called, I couldn't get through to a person. I would be put on hold but a couple of minutes later, there was a recording that said I should send an email. I sent many emails and I only received one email response. It was on April 24 at 7:26 pm. It said "Thanks for your email but you have reached us after hours. Our team has been notified and will review your concern as soon as possible. You should expect to hear back from us within 24 hours." Three weeks have passed with no further response. I had a bad feeling just after I made the order, because I received a payment confirmation that showed an individual's name instead of the company's name. The person's name is Sylvia Bucher. That was my first clue that this company is a scam. It's been almost a month since I made the order, and I know it's a scam. I'm writing this to warn other people to not waste their money.

SCAM!!! I ordered something on 4/16. Never provided a shipping update, then all of sudden says it was delivered on 4/22, but I never received it. I contacted seller, and received a response saying sorry for the delay and would provide tracking info as soon as it is available. That doesn't make sense if it was supposedly already delivered. When I go through the Home Delivery website, it says my order was delivered on May 8, but still have yet to receive it. SCAM!!!

A scam!
Made an order on 4/11/25 with standard delivery in 2-3 days. When it didn’t arrive I contacted them and was told the order was delayed. After repeated requests for a refund and no response I reported it to PayPal and they covered the loss.

Not certain it's a scam, but certainly not good. I still haven't received merchandise and they've stopped responding when I ask them to verify delivery address.

This Web Site is a total scam. Don't believe their positive reviews. Ordered 2 products on 4/10/25, on 4/15/25 received product delayed message. 4/16/25 sent email to support as directed asking for refund. No Response. On 4/29/25 sent second email again No Response. Reported them to PayPal on 4/29/25.
Called their 800 number 5 times between 4/16/25 and 4/29/25 robot said to hang on for customer service rep and after a short wait says send email and hangs up. NO Products delivered and NO Response form this fraudulent web site. STAY AWAY.

Crap. It's a scam. No product, no communication after confirmation. After a week got a delay in delivery message, but nothing after that. DO NOT BELIEVE THE POSITIVE REVIEWS. Save yourself from the mistake I made.

They are a scam company. I am not going to believe the positive reviews, they were probably written by them. I ordered an item, received a confirmation. Then today (about 10 days later)I got an email saying there was a delay in the order due to inventory or warehouse issues. In the meantime they billed my credit card. That was a red flag. I called my bank asap and they are investigating. The bank covered it as well.
To anyone who might get scamed by these people, call your bank, then turn it in to your state Attorney General office consumer division as well. It is the only way they will get caught.

It's a scam. They confirm an order and then it's never shipped and you can't reach anyone by phone. Don't believe any good reviews-- I think the scammers themselves write them. Don't be fooled by them like we were. Fortunately our bank covered the loss.

To order something from them it's like to throw out money. They even don't bother to let you know when you gonna get your order. May be they already know that you won't receive it?
People, better give your $$ to donation but that dishonest company!
P.S. I have ordered in December - did not receive my staff.

I ordered candy for Valentine's Day from HomeDeliveries.us (6 x $16 plus tips, about $100). The delivery was promised in 3 days. The orders were marked as confirmed and I received an email verifying my order. Then nothing. Still on their site as "confirmed" but no response to my emails begging for an update nor does anyone ever respond at their infinite loop "customer service" until you get a message saying all operators are busy and then you get disconnect. Never a call back or even the pretense of an excuse. Multiple emails and dozens of calls and nothing. I see positive reviews that I can only deduce were generated by the company itself as I cannot see how they can rip so many people off and please some others.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I truly believe this is a fraudulent company and honestly, I can't understand how they continue to operate. I placed an order on 01/07/25 and still haven't received it nor heard a single word from them. They are quick to charge your CC but goods are never delivered. Biggest SCAM ever. I have sent multiple e-mails and they have never responded. Please beware!!!
