Total SCAM. As all other 1star reviewers stated. Order made, CC charged that day. Never received a shipping email. Called customer service many times. Machine, canned response. Submitted many emails. Autobot replies. Went back to order confirmation email, when clicked on where is my item", the link now shows nothing, ie: broken page. NO ITEM DELIVERED. Have filed fraud complaint with my CC.

It was a fair service, I did get my products on time and have ordered multiple times as I don’t have a Costco membership. I have read a couple of the other reviews here and I understand their concerns for being angry. However, I have to be honest and grade them based on my experiences. I have received my products in 5 orders placed with them.
I think that if they have been in business for 4 years and I just see 30+ bad reviews I guess it’s understandable as they must have thousands+ of orders every month. If you read Amazon, Google or whatever big company reviews, they have thousand or million bad reviews.
Sorry for the people that had a bad experience, I get their frustration, but I still haven’t had a bad experience and I ordered from them last week.

I decided to purchase some products here and Customer service was great when I requested details that made it easier to select the right sizes. Everything was as expected. Very happy and will be buying again.

They never delivered my merchandise, despite sending several emails(their response was a general we received your complaint and will resolve..); seems like a scam. Contacted CC, immediate refund of the entire purchase price. IMHO AVOID this company like the plague!!

Ordered coffee in Dec...never received. this is apparently a scam site...don't order from them. Called to complain...no one ever answers...

NEVER RECEIVED PRODUCT OR TRACKING NUMBER. I CONTACTED THEM AND THEY STATED THEY WOULD HAVE THE TRACKING NUMBER BY THE END OF THAT DAY. NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING FURTHER AND THAT WAS 2 WEEKS AGO. NOW THEY ARE TOTALLY UNRESPONSIVE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I placed and order that was supposed to arrive between Jan 15th and 16th, I have not received any details on delivery I can't track my order nothing. Scammed I am! Sad!
