Received a confirmation email but no further update on my order despite advertising 2-4 delivery. My order was placed over a week ago and I have had no response to emails.

Avoid! Ordered 2 weeks ago and still hasn’t arrived. Emails ignored. SCAM!

Ordered over a week ago stated 2-4 working days delivery, no response to email, no communication on delivery nothing at all, I'm thinking this is a scam, I'd shop else where if I was you.

Havn’t received my order after 7 days (they state 3 for delivery). Furthermore they ignore e-mails and there is no telephone contact number stated on their web site.
I’m wondering if it’s a scam and all these excellent reviews on Trust Pilot are false.

I placed my order over 14 days ago and I still haven’t received my order. The timescale quoted when I placed my order was tracked 2-4 days.
I have tried to contact them on a number or occasions but I’ve yet to receive a response. I haven’t received any update on delivery or timescale. At the moment this company has taken my money and I have no idea if and when I’m going to receive my order. If the item is out of stock then customers should be informed. If this is the case then the website isn’t fit for purpose. Why are you letting people order and still quoting the 2-4 days when this isn’t reality. You are misleading customers.

NEVER EVER BUY FROM HEYSMILE🚨‼️ it’s been weeks and weeks and I still haven’t gotten my order. I’ve emailed over and over and they never ever reply to my emails. I NEED A REFUND NOW. CANCEL THE ORDER.

edit: I don’t know how to reply to heysmileteeth as they replied to my review, but they’re still not listening to me. I do not want the product anymore. I’ve been asking for a refund forever, I will send it back but I need that refund.

Amazing teeth whitening strips definitely recommend.

Really good product, I’ve seen noticeable results within a short amount of time. And from purchase to receiving the product takes no time at all.

Awful customer service. I ordered some items 10 days ago with the delivery noted as 2-4 days as standard. The items havent arrived and the order remains unfulfilled on the website. I have tried to get in touch with them via their customer support (they reassure us they are real humans) via their website form and a second time via their support email and the contact is ignored.
If items are out of stock, customers should know before they place an order.
If items are not sent out and delivered according to what is advertised, the website claim should be updated.
If custsomer service is non-existent or lazy, then stop making feel good reassurances about it being human.
If people pay for a product, they should receive the product.
Currently this company has my money, and I've no idea if I will get the product or receive my money back.
Go elsewhere - this company is too hard to deal with and they have completely lost my trust.

I was a bit sceptical at first when ordering. But now im glad I did. I can't believe after 4 days my teeth are actually a lot whiter.

I have had a teeth whitening strips. And so far they are brilliant I have used them 3x and I have notice an immediate difference in my teeth.

I am halfway through my treatment and I already see my teeth whitening. I can’t wait to finish the treatment as it’s positive. A little teeth sensitivity straight after but soon resolves. Mint taste. Very impressed so far
