Good product, when following the instructions provided I’ve seen noticeable results within a short amount of time. And from purchase to receiving the product takes no time at all.

Quick delivery. Pleased with the outcome after using the teeth whitening kit. Will order refills to complete a second course.

I ordered the pack of 14 whitening strips, and with using them they definitely work. They aren’t pearly whites just yet but I’m sure with consistent use they will make a very noticeable difference to the shade of your teeth.

Order sent to wrong address. Sent messages - no replies whatsoever. The customer service doesn’t exist.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I ordered some teeth whitening strips but accidentally ordered them to the wrong adress. I sent then 4 emails But I got no response. As a result, it was returned to sender as I no longer live there and I now have no idea on the status of my parcel or anything. 1/10

Heysmile claim that you can 'modify or cancel your subscription any time'. This is a lie!!! Once you've signed up there's no way to cancel in the account space (as they claim). You get no warning of when the next order is being processed, the money just gets taken. They claim to respond to enquiries within 24 hours - this is also a lie. I've been emailing them for 2 weeks now with no response. I can't cancel my subscription and can't get a refund for an order they sent me that I don't need and was given no opportunity to cancel or delay. Do not sign up for a subscription as you won't be able to get out of it!!!

Awful customer service. I received the wrong product, I attempted to make contact numerous times across all of the offered platforms. I did not receive a response for 3 weeks. Additionally this company sent out an email (ironic, considering they don’t respond to emails) offering free gifts for reviews. This was sent 25 May, please bear that in mind for any reviews on here around that time. (I would also class this as an incentive)

This did not work for my teeth at all, they were no whiter.
This took far longer than stated to deliver
I contacted customer services to query where the item was and did not receive any reply at all.

Took over 2 weeks to be delivered not 4 working days as stated on your website. Customer service never replied to any emails. Worst part is that the stuff they sell does NOT work!! Avoid this scam!!!

Having looked at all the reviews for teeth whitening products I finally decided on your whitening strips.
I’ve used for 6 days as recommended and the result was an amazing brighter, whiter smile 😀
I’m very suspicious of these kind of products, especially at the inexpensive cost, but I have to say, what a fantastic product at excellent value for money.
Incredibly easy to use, hassle free and does exactly as promised
