I had lost a serve I had for a long…

I had lost a serve I had for a long time. I needed Heart Internet to keep me going. I had thought a daunting task working with others on the internet and getting nowhere. And a reply quickly came with answers. I followed very good instructions and in no time the problem was solved. They are very well organised and instead of "a huge technological headache" they made it easy for me to get back on track. Thank you Heart Internet!

Help with setting up my e mail, account via Thunderbird.

Alex was great at talking me through setting up my e mail account, which I had almost given up hope of ever achieving . Despite it taking numerous attempts due to my complete lack of IT ability, we got there in the end! Thanks Alex!

Heart are great!

Heart are great, we've used them for years. They always respond quickly to any issues and represent really good value for money.
You get a real person and they are always very helpful, they communicate on "your level"
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Fixing exotic email issues

Problem with email rejection, it took several iterations and I was surprised and delighted that Alexandra Maria took the time to fix what I broke, then work through and give me a detailed explanation of the issue and how I could fix it.
