I came to HeartInternet because our pre-existing server hosting company began to drop service standards, slow to respond and not always helpful. All rather offhand. Then we suffered a sharp risk to our site on discovery of a Cpanel vulnerability. We should have been told earlier. We contacted HeartInternet and they gave us calm, accurate advice and migrated our site and stabilised it. Very good service indeed and our new arrangment is reassuring and efficient. And there's a personal element that suggests we are not just an item on a list. Early days but so far so good and we highly recommend their services.

I chose Heart Internet’s Managed WordPress hosting expecting a straightforward setup and reliable support. Instead, I’ve spent four weeks trying to gain basic access to a WordPress site that still doesn’t function correctly.
The issue escalated from incorrect provisioning through to broken temporary hosting URLs, SSL certificate mismatches, failed WordPress admin access and repeated configuration problems. Even after correctly configuring DNS myself, the platform continued serving invalid certificates and inaccessible login paths.
The most frustrating part has been the support process. Responses have largely consisted of “we’re looking into it”, and my personal favourite, “hang tight!”, without meaningful technical updates, ownership, or realistic timelines. Frankly, that feel dismissive and totally unacceptable when you have a business-critical website sitting unusable for weeks. For a managed hosting product, I would expect far better platform stability and escalation handling.
At the time of writing, I’ve spent hours troubleshooting issues that appear to sit within Heart Internet’s own provisioning/configuration environment rather than anything on my side.
Unfortunately, this experience has seriously damaged my confidence in the platform for business-critical projects, and based on my experience I would strongly encourage others to think carefully before relying on this service for a live website.

I have been with Heart Internet for 18 years and they have always given such a great service to me. I have had the Reseller Pro account for all that time and ran a small web design business for many years and Heart's systems and helpful support team made everything so easy to use and manage all the websites I created. Recently I needed to change to a smaller hosting package and was worried the change would be difficult with all the domains and website Packages. I need not have worried as I was given great help and various options by Tak Tran which I had not thought of and he made transition to a more suitable package so very easy. I am very grateful to Tak and everyone at Heart Internet for their great service over the years.

The customer service person that handled my query was very good. He understood my issue straightaway, explained the steps to sort everything out. It was not a time critical issue for me, but when one part of the solution was going to take a couple of days, he let me know so that I wasn't left wondering if I had been forgotten. He followed up and everything is complete.

I have a number of small websites, and with advice from Waqar Ahmed, was able to amalgamate them into a simpler hosting package. When I had a problem with the ftp addresses Waqar spent a lot of time and effort guiding me through my errors step by step. He made everything much simpler and easier to do. Responsive, helpful, and consistently reliable. I’ve used Heart Internet for around 6 years across multiple websites and have always found their support team knowledgeable and quick to respond.

I enquired about getting full details of all the services I have as a reseller with Heart as I have ADHD and have become overwhelmed and trying to track everything. I also needed to look at reducing costs as I am not really working due to health issues.
I had a very quick response from Carmen C who was friendly and professional in her manner.
I got details of the services that I have and exactly where to find where I could manage them. Along with this Carmen explained how I might look at reducing my costs as I do not have as many hosting packages on the account now.
This has made feel more in control and also helped me half my monthly cost. Brilliant support. I only wish I had done it much quicker.
