Received 3 rather pathetic looking…
Received 3 rather pathetic looking Clematis plants that I will have to very carefully nurture in order for them to survive. Appreciate that we’re going into the dormant season but these did very much look like the dregs. Won’t order from this company again.

Shrubs arrived not looking good tried to revive for couple days but found a problem bug on one leaf reported it and no problem just agreed to send a replacement waiting it's arrival

We were forced to be out for half an…
We were forced to be out for half an hour. Note on door saying leave with neighbour. Driver was still there when we got home. He’d seen the note but had to ring you for authorisation. He couldn’t get through to you - this we could completely understand as we have huge problems trying to ring you. He then rang his organisation and was told to get on with his round. Consequently, when we arrived he could not release the medication to us as it had been removed from his computerised list,
My wife is now without her medication. Please sort out,

I ordered 5 plants but two look very…maybe a bad choice
I ordered 5 plants but two look very unlikely to grow ,, their leaves had already dried out and were curling so not very sure they were a good choice

I’m sure the clematis left the nursery in good condition but unfortunately on delivery only one of the three had any leaves left.

One of the 3 was too big for its pot. Very difficult to get out and think i might have damaged the roots getting it out. Oy

The plants came well wrapped and in good condition ready for planting.
However a slight problem as they arrived a day later than expected. Don’t where the delay occurred…probably delivery company.
