Plant size not as advertised
I ordered some young plants, they are advertised as 8-18cm but the plants I received were nowhere near that size. I sent them a photo but although customer service was quick to respond by email, I was basically told “they’ll grow.” That isn’t the point. I was sent plants considerably smaller than the product page advertised. Other plants in my order were okay, although some had flimsy/leggy stems. Bulbs seem okay, but won’t know how they establish until next year.
Edit: after complaining about plants being smaller than advertised, Hayloft offered a partial refund.

the delivery by the post of the…
the delivery by the post of the Saracoca (christmas box) was excellent. The people who delivered the Bullrush compost not so good. The first two boxes were in a broken state and the bags has rips in them.
The next day when they delivered the third one the box was was fully in tack and the bag inside fully good with no rips. Also left this third one outside my garage door. I then had to move this heavy box so that I could open the door, then drag it inside. As you know these sacks were heavy but I managed to do it. Not bad or an 82year old. Would be helpful if the drivers would knock at the door.
