Plants delivered well packed and looking very healthy.

Delivery was reasonably quick, though it would be better for northern gardeners if the plants were despatched earlier in the week to avoid holdups anywhere. The plants were really big, but some leaves had already turned yellow, and I wonder if they have been too mature to survive travel and transplanting so late in the year. It would be lovely live nearer to your nursery.

Unfortunately, you now use Amazon for delivery. Box was dumped on my doorstep upside down, even though you clearly mark them. I have had lots of issues with Amazon deliveries through work - they just don't care.

Plants were delivered within the timescale quoted . The packaging was great the plants were protected and secure. Information regarding the plants was clear to understand. They arrived intact which was,great as they were a present which I was,able to hand to my sister to open. Brilliant customer service was provided.

The bulbs,from Hayloft ,are part of a Telegraph reader offer. These are great bulbs,excellent quality and arrived in good order,thankyou. Looking forwards to seeing them in spring.

Delivery was delayed by the courier sending the package to the wrong depot. The plants however survived their round trip in good condition.

A great idea of providing a pair of suitable male and female holly bushes. Extremely well packed and both bushes seem very healthy. Excellent value for money. Will use this company again.

Bulbs received were fine but read allium was toxic to dogs.
Spoke to customer service return label provided free post. Found both Samantha and Emma were very pleasant to speak to.
Would recommend Hayloft.
