The items haven’t arrived yet. They are still in China two weeks later. I would cancel the order if I could.

I am not sure how the product is going to wear because we have not received the shoes yet. Trying to find out how much longer.

Terrible customer service. Sent me the wrong size shoes then tried to make me pay 70% of the shoes they offered me a 30% discount and then when I told them that wasnt good enough they said they would send me another pair of shoes. Still sent the wrong size again. The requirments to work at this place must be "breathing".

This is a scam site, I requested a tracking number to track my order, I sent them 2 emails and then I got a text after 5 days saying my order was processing they give a tracking number that doesn’t exist.

I haven’t even received the product yet and you want a review?!?! I ordered March 7 and have yet to see my order leave China. If I knew it was coming that far with such horrible service I would have spent my money elsewhere. This is ridiculous!

Horrible customer service.
sizing charts says go up a cm in size, my 12 month old son is measuring 12.5 so I went up to 13 cm (13-18 months) and the shoes are about two and a half inches too big, and when asked if I could have the correct size sent with a return label like most companies have no problem doing they will not.
I also measured the shoes I got that are supposed to fit 13cm and they are 16cm/6 1/2 inches long. Not sure how that is supposed to fit a 12 month olds 12.5 cm foot

The shoes are comfortable and great quality. They look just as advertised! I'm taking away 1 star because of sizing. My son is 10 months old so I ordered size 7-12 months.. they are huge! He can't even wear them right now. I had to order 0-6 months and I'm waiting to see if those will fit.

I wish I could give them less than 1 star but I had to at least do that to write this. I was so excited to find shoes that looked like my son wouldn’t be able to get them off. I ordered them and waited patiently for 1 month and was so excited when I was told that they were delivered. Upon checking they were never delivered and I was told through a rather dismissive email that I needed to reach out to my local post office because it was not on them anymore. The post office said the tracking number I had did not exist and I reached back to let them know that and was sent the EXACT same email about reaching out to the post office because they said it was delivered on their end. I have still yet to receive the shoes and have now been denied a refund or just to simply get another pair since I never received them. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WILL ONLY EVER TELL PEOPLE NOT TO ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY BECAUSE ITS A SCAM!!!!

Got the wrong size, made in China quality and no shipping back for free. I was happy to find nice looking shoes in the sock style for my son. The delivery was fast, but first I got them in a plastic back, not a good sign. Second, a nother plastic bag with the wrong size on it. I opened the back and the shoes were not in a good condition, plastic socks and sole was demaged. I contacted the Grookzshoes customer service and just received questions to send them pictures from the wrong size and demaged shoe. Insane. Four times I had to write them and when I asked for sending them back for free and get my money back, they offered me a 30% discount on the shoes. I took the discount because the shipping back from france to the USA is to expensive.
I got 4,60€ and bad quality shoes, I don’t know what to do with.
My impression isn’t good about this online shop. I’m sad because it was a birthday present for my little one, I couldn’t offer. Pitty and money loss.

DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
The "shoes" AREN'T SHOES. It's just a slab of rubber glued to a sock, with no side supports, so the child's feet slide off the sides. They're GARBAGE.
Oh, and count on AT LEAST a month for delivery....if you get them AT ALL.
CUSTOMER SERVICE?? More like arrogant dismissive worthless rudeness.
SERIOUSLY, DON'T BUY THIS JUNK.

The shoes are cute but they’re huge! Alot of inaccuracy on sizing. My grand child (9mos) cannot wear these till he’s 1 or 2 years of age. Really off on the sizing chart. Very, very disappointed 😞

Never received my order, so disappointed. I really wanted these for my grandson. Just another rip off company out to steal your money and never deliver.

Ordered these little socks for my grandson and they never arrived. I actually ordered them on Dec. 17th and today is January 10th, 2021. Also it says the company is in Hawaii but the product was mailed from China. So watch out for this scam of a company!!!
