Shoes are great just came later than I anticipated.

Ordering was easy. Arrived quit quick. Look wonderful. They are a bd present next month. I can not comment on fit.

Was unsure about the transaction but all went smooth !

Really cute, my grandson loves them. In fact I just bought another larger pair.

I love these shoes. So cute & just right for my baby girl.
Shipping does take a bit & they do communicate when you get ahold of them. Will be again later in the future

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! The order has been in transit for 26 days and still not arrived. Customer service is awful and just keeps telling me it will arrive soon. When I sent a screenshot of the tracking info saying it was in the us but then was back in China, they sent me a new tracking link that took out the fact it was back in China! Return policy is 30 days after purchase date. These shoes probably won’t even fit my 15 month old at this point.

I can’t review the product because my order hasn’t arrived. I ordered two pairs on the 2nd and they still have not been delivered over two weeks later. The tracking system doesn’t make sense and it can’t seem to tell me when my order will arrive.

Well it took like 20 days to get it. The first day my baby try it they ripped, and have to put it on again and again, cause it come out so easily. They just don't stay in place, waste of money

I received 3 reminders to answer the survey and I haven't received my order, it's impossible to track with the information you sent, I want a refound!

I ordered shoes for my 10 month old four weeks ago and haven’t since been provided any updates. This retailer needs to consider how quickly baby’s feet grow at this age - I’m worried they won’t even fit by the time our order arrives.

I still have not received my order and have had no email up dates. Very disappointed

Shipping takes forever. The shoes I ordered are way too big. Trying to return and deal with customer service is taking forever. They keep emailing asking 1 question at a time. Why do you want to return. I respond then they ask me to send a picture of the shoes that shows the size I want to return.

I'm starting to think this is a scam! I've ordered the shoes more than 1 month ago and still nothing the shoes are still in China with no movement for over 20 days... I've contacted them and they just replied thank you for your patience. Really unhappy about this purchase.

Our 23 month old toddler is very happy wearing Grookz. Saved us from lot of trouble making him wear the routine shoes. He loves to run in them. Thank you so much !

So the shoes came and they are adorable but they are still too large. I ordered them for my then 9 month old. I ordered the 7-12 month size. She’s almost 13 months now and they are still a mile too big.

Never received the shoes! Tracking shows it was delivered but never received it. No way is shown for a recourse - either a refund or getting another pair. Very unhappy with this purchase:((
