Never received the shoes, however the charge is on my credit card statement. DO NOT purchase these shoes.

I ordered two pairs of shoes for my daughter almost a month ago. I emailed a few times over several days, I never received a response. So I reached out on Instagram and they blocked me. I tried to call and text the phone number listed on their Instagram and Facebook, it won’t go through. I tried to message them on Facebook, nothing. I literally just wanted to know what was going on with my order and that’s their response? Ridiculous. I can’t believe they have so many followers... they don’t seem like a legit company if their first response to an inquiry is to block the customer.

UPDATE - it’s been TWO MONTHS and I haven’t received my order. I’ve asked for a refund and they’re refusing. The package is being sent back to them and they’re still refusing to refund my order. It’s being sent back because of something on their end going wrong. I’ve tried contacting them on multiple occasions and they don’t respond for up to a week. I’ve never been treated so poorly by a company. They shipped the shoes from China, so I’m shocked that people are saying theirs shipped from California. I ordered from another small business and received my daughter’s shoes in less than 2 weeks.

It’s sad that I have to do a second update.. it’s been 2.5 months. Two weeks ago they swore up and down that they were processing my refund. I woke up this morning to an email saying that they changed their mind and are NOT going to process my refund. So.. you know. I’m very upset. I can’t believe how terribly they have treated me.. oh. And still no shoes. Like I told them, they’re being sent back to them because of a mistake Grookz made. I’ve been in contact with USPS and that came directly from them. Grookz claimed that my order was on its way to me... another bold faced lie..

Yet another update - it’s now been 3.5 months, my package has been sent back, like I told them 2 months ago, and they still refuse to refund me my money. They’re a fraudulent company who are literally stealing from people.

Bad experience with Grookz.com. I ordered a couple of sock shoes from Denmark and the delivery time was not at all what they indicate on the website (it took more than two weeks), they don't send it by courier but by regular mail and then I was charged with an import fee as high as the price of the shoes. Nowhere in their website they warn you about this possibility.
