I wish I had come here before purchasing. I received 2 out of 3 shoes that I ordered and they just keep sending the same automated response stating that the complete order has been delivered when it has not. Also, they have a Gmail account which not respectable business with a website would have.

UPDATE- 3rd shoe received, but still, I would not recommend this company. Wrong sizing, late delivery, non-existent customer service.

Poor quality and slow delivery and strange sizing. Pretty sure I got a knockoff.

It's been over a week since my order was placed, I was charged for it but there is no update as far as order processed or shipped or anything. I would not have ordered if I knew the process would be this slow.

Order came in a plastic bag with no receipt or information about the order. Shoes are way too big for the estimated sizes, quality is not great and they are not even branded Grookz. Return policy is non existent

Cute shoes but I still haven’t received them. So you can’t review what was never delivered. I did see other buyers who said the same. This company alleges they have a warehouse in the US, China and Turkey so there is literally no reason for extreme delays.

I never got sent a confirmation email nor did I receive the product. Horrible customer service, I would not recommend this product.

You have to wait to long to get what you bought!! I bought something on June 29 and still waiting!!

The shoes were well priced and good quality. They were incredibly wide in the toe box, however. My husband even referred to them as “clown shoes.” They will work for our intended purpose though, and we’ll likely buy again.

These booties run extremely large. I ordered a 13-18 month size for my grandson and there is no way these will fit until he’s 4! Be sure to check the sizes as they are NOT U.S. sizes.

I’ll never purchase anything from this company. Tracking app isn’t always working. I purchased my items June 3 or 4 and still have yet to receive it. The tracking number now says it won’t be delivered until the 27th. Ridiculous

The shipping and delivery are TOO slow. Although I signed up for text updates, there was no update at all about the shipping status.

Inaccurate sizes. Some glued on the side is visible specially for the black one. Its cute for the baby. But when they tried to stand up the foot slipped off.

I sent an email to customer service and was never contacted back. I’ve been waiting for over two weeks for my item and it’s still stuck in China. It hasn’t even made it to the US yet. I was not given any indication that it was being mailed from oversees and that it would take almost a month to get my product. I had to purchase additional items from another place for the event I was going to because I didn’t have the items yet and I still don’t have them!

Still have not received product after ordering several weeks ago.
