If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered my son shoes for his gift and it never arrived. I’ve contacted the company and nothing was done. It’s been stuck in the same location for almost a month now. My son will out grow the shoes before ever getting a chance to wear them. I would never refer any of my friends to get their children theses shoes.

The shoes are adorable, but they did take for almost a month to arrive. They are also too big for my son, so I would need to wait for him to grow bigger.

After order I don’t received any email
Would be good if customer will receive confirmation immediately after his order

I was asked to leave a review but still haven’t received what I ordered. It’s been over 2 weeks.

I don't want to make a review yet as I haven't got my order. I didn't realized that they were coming all the way from China so I already know that they won't be here soon. I just wish it will say that when ordering.

Seeing as i have yet to receive my order, i cannot leave a review. I expected shipping to take longer than usual and i believe its now been 14? Days. Still waiting. Hopefully this week my package will arrive

Those shoes are great. Ordered a large size but reordered the right size. Will use large size later. Comfy and cute shoes.

Have not received the shoes I ordered , the tracking number says they've been delivered but they haven't been

I still haven’t received the shoes!!! finally did after about three weeks.

Update: Received the shoes finally almost three weeks from the time of order. They were the wrong size for my little one's feet, only now to be faced with the nightmare of a return/refund. In the end, we were stuck with the shoes, as the cost to return them by post was not far off the price of the actual shoes. Lesson learned - READ THE RETURN/REFUND POLICY BEFORE ANY ONLINE PURCHASE!

Excellent shoes. Very comfortable, appropriate size and more practical. Highly recommended for first walkers !

Received a text stating that the good was shipped over a week ago. But the provided tracking number still shows USPS awaiting package. Unsurprisingly we haven't received anything and it is very hard to locate anyone to raise this concern.

I never even received my package as it was returned to you staying my address didn't exist. So I'd like that solved.

I don’t care what the quality is, the shipping was like molasses. Ships directly from China and took 3 weeks to arrive. Had to buy different shoes for our trip instead. I’d rather pay for shipping and have it more timely.

This shoes are so comfortable and practical. I purchased a couple pairs in the past but my baby has outgrown one pair already. I bought two more pairs now with different designs. The quality is great and the material is gentle to my baby's skin. Looking forward to buy more of this shoes in different colors and designs.

The look was fine, the design was fine, it's just that the size was way off. I ordered 12-18 months for my 15 month old, and the shoe is waaayyy too big for him.kinda looks like a clown shoe on him.. Such a bummer.
