I placed my order on 3/27, as of writing this the date is 4/28, and my order has still not shipped. At this rate, my child will have grown out of the size by the time they arrive.

The shoes are great! They are light and easy to put on!

Sizing was way off. Could not request refund because I purchased a sale item. What a rip off!.

Love them and my baby is very happy with them.

Both pair of shoes look just like the picture and match all descriptions. They are a bit too big but that’s ok bc he’ll get a longer wear out of them!

Really wanted to love these but the material is not strong enough to keep the shoes on my baby's feet.

The shoes took more than two weeks to arrive, and when they arrived they were both the same size. I ordered two different sizes. Cute shoes though.

Cute but not very functional and took forever to get here. I did not realize that shipping was going to take so long - my son is already close to outgrowing these shoes already and they just got here. Also there is no grip on the bottom of the ones we bought, so it’s hard for him to walk on certain surfaces.

Very disappointed!
1. Product doesn’t look anything like the pictures
2. Product took about 28 days to get here return policy is 30 days. Almost wasn’t even able to return.
3. Return cost $28 just to return it I paid for that.

5. Not good customer service had to have help tracking my order multiple times and they weren’t very much help.

My items never arrived. They ship from China and the tracking never seemed to update. I randomly got an update in the Shop app that my order was supposed to arrive that day, and then the next time I looked it said no such number, returned to sender. I can assure you, I know my own address and it does, in fact, exist. The customer service is terrible, they tell you to be patient. I strongly advise against ordering from them. I'm prepared now to just take the loss and assume I will never get the shoes or my money back. I'll try to post an update if I do get my refund.

I ordered these because they appeared to be from a small business based in Hawaii. I received my tracking info and noticed that the package was being drop shipped directly from China manufacturer. I then googled the address for the Hawaii store and it's actually a condominium address. I received the package about two weeks after it was sent and it's completely generic- no branding/sizing info on the shoes: no packaging insert: no hangtags. The shoes were sent in a generic zip-top plastic bag.

I work in garment manufacturing, and know that companies can bypass testing and safety regulations required for US imports when they ship directly to consumers in this fashion. I will throwing these in the garbage.

Very disappointed with these sock shoes. They don't don't even stay on the baby's feet, they just flop around. Shipping took forever, too. Would like to get my money back but it's past the refund window. Would not purchase again nor would I recommend.

Although they are to big she (14 month old ) put them on and kept them on without a fight. She likes nothing on her feet but these she kept on. Must say it's so nice her feet are protected in the cold, heavy socks and grooks do the trick. We can't wait till she walks more with them on. 😍

They’re a great products but either the sizing is terribly off or I was sent the incorrect size and am not able to get any response from customer service.

The shoes are great! And the 8 month old loves them, he just started walking and can't wait to try them outside!
