took over a month to come in and came in wrong size

Received the wrong order. Was given a bunch of hoops to jump through to get it resolved. Not worth my time and will be letting everyone know.

Was looking for a small size skid resistant shoe/sock for a tiny 12 month old but didnt find. Grookz ad popped up on my phone and they carry a six months size so I bought it. It's a great and cute item.

Easy to put on and the grip helps my baby stand up without slipping.

I recently purchased a pair of Grookz shoes for my 1 year old and I am extremely happy with my purchase. The shoes are cute, comfortable, and well-made. My baby has worn them multiple times and they have held up beautifully. I also appreciate the wide variety of designs and colors available. I will definitely be buying more Grookz shoes in the future.

The customer service is super fast! I made an accident with the sizing on one of the shoes I purchased. I emailed them and they responded in less than an hour. I was definitely expecting it to take days (like most other companies). They were very kind and corrected the issue right away. Took about 9 days to get but worth the wait! Will come back for more!

The shoes I got for my great grandson were adorable and he loved them. He’s 13 months old but loved looking at them when he walked. The little faces on them is what he liked!

I ordered baby water shoes, size 7-12M. They are HUGE. I assumed they just sent the wrong size. I contacted customer service multiple times to initiate an exchange and never heard back. I wish I could post a review directly on their website to warn other potential buyers. Disappointing.

Don't buy from them. I wish I had read the reviews before I've ordered. As others have described the items appear to be shipped directly from a Chinese factory. One of the pairs was wrong size. The ones we tried on didn't stay on baby's feet for more than 1 minute as the sock fabric is too stretchy. Their return policy says that you can't return sale items but nearly everything on their website is marked as sale!

Sizes are very off. Run very large. I measured and followed the sizing chart but the shoe was 3 inches longer than it was described as. What I bought for my 1 year old was too big for my 3 year old. Super unfortunate and shipping was very slow. The shoe itself was very generic and came from China, not branded. Would not recommend.

Buyer beware! Just because it's not Amazon, does not make this a boutique or genuine store! The sizes are not reliable. I ordered two pairs (13-18 mos./19-24 mos.) in case one might not fit and they are both HUGE, too big for even a toddler. Thankfully I bought them a MONTH early to have in time for my granddaughters visit from Germany, since they took as long to get to me. BUT because of the order date they state NO refunds after 30 days, even though their shipping took that long. When I sought a means around that they responded with a form letter, twice. And even if they did arrive in time and I could expect a refund, they don't cover shipping to Hawaii, and that alone is the cost of the shoes. Don't waste your time on what looks cute but is too much effort if the fit is off.

I looked specifically for a shop versus ordering off Amazon - Grookz website says 3-5 day shipping with the potential for ‘moderate’ delays related to covid. Then I saw that the shoes were shipping directly from China, and 10 days later they had not actually left China. I requested an update and was told they could be delayed up to 30 days. I asked to cancel the order and was told to ‘just be patient.’ All of this is by e-mail because the phone number listed on their website is disconnected. The order finally got here a month later, with no packing slip and nothing says ‘grookz’ anywhere (so grookz is not a brand, or in any way involved with manufacture or shipping). 3 of the 4 sets I bought in their 7-12 month size won’t fit my 10 month old, but I’d have to pay return shipping to Hawaii. What a scam and horrendous customer service. I will happily return the order if they provide a shipping label and full refund. Website still says 3-5 days shipping to US.

I was sent the wrong size shoe, and never received an answer from Grookz when I tried to arrange an exchange, despite emailing 3 times.I'm not particularly convinced Grookz is not just a scam.

My granddaughter loves her “sock shoes”.
They are very comfortable, and flexible with plenty of room for her toes.
