I never got thr 2nd pair of shoes I ordered. Ordered in november.. got one but the 2nd shoe never came

My grand princess loves her shoes. Easy to take off and put on.

They sent me the wrong shoes and customer support is terrible.

If I could give them a zero I would. I ordered 2 pairs of the sock shoes for my 9 month old granddaughter. When I got my order it was wrong. One pair was gray, I had order green flowers. Customer service wanted me to pay to return their mistake and jump through hoops with paperwork to return the wrong pair. They stated I only had 30 days from the order date to return them, however it took over 3 weeks to get them.
Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. So now I am out the money and stuck with a pair I did not order or like. I highly recommend you do not order from this company, terrible customer service, shipping takes for ever and they could care less about their customers. I should have read the reviews before I ordered. NEVER ORDER FROM THE COMPANY!!!

DO NOT SHOP HERE!! The store address in Hawaii is a front. This stuff comes straight from China. I placed an order on 11/15 and still do not have a tracking number. I have sent 2 emails requesting information and no response. It is a 5 hour time difference to call Hawaii and no answers at the phone number listed. VERY IMPORTANT: Their return policy is 30 days from the day you place the order, not the day you receive it. So if they take 2 weeks or more to get it to you, and you have to pay shipping to get it back to them you had better be willing to pony up the dollars for Fed X next day shipping with a request for signature upon delivery. I seriously doubt there will be anyone there to take delivery based on the customer service they have shown.

The rep assured me the product will get there but she stated there was supply chain problems…what?! China?! Dammit. My reply was to not advertise something you don’t have. Logic 101. Don’t buy from these jokers. 13 days after order and no tracking number. The rep was nice but her company stinks.

Customer service the worst! Still waiting for shoes that they said would take 5-6 days to arrive. That was 16 days ago. Tracking # doesn't help since USPS still doesn't have it in their system. Contacted company & only reply was they would send me the tracking # I already have but they never sent a followup email either.
They have my money & I have nothing. Grrrrrrr.

A bought 3 pair of Grookz shoes as a gift for a 1 year old. The baby really liked the shoes. He noticed the animal faces and did not want to take the shoes off. Great gift!

Shipping took almost 4 weeks. The shoes are so wide my baby couldn't walk in them without tripping.

They sent the wrong size shoe. When I contacted the company they sent a generic response saying they're sorry to hear I didn't like my baby shoes and I have to pay for shipping to return them. I have sent a few emails explaining they made a mistake, I just get the same generic response email. Bad customer service!

Shipping was like a week, but they are awesome shoes. We get compliments on them all the time!

Ordered 3 pairs of shoes - 1 of which never arrived. I have attempted to contact customer service NUMEROUS times (email/phone) - no one ever answers. I was charged for shoes I never received. This is a SCAM!

Frustrating and disappointing service. The shoes took over 3 weeks to arrive by which point I had gone and bought some shoes for my baby as he needed them. I attempted to cancel my order on two occasions to no avail. Then I posted them to the address provided on the website only to be given information by USPS that it's an insufficient address. I'm out of $$ for absolutely no fault of my own. Very frustrating. I will not be using the company again.

It was all good here. I got discount, the employees were very friendly, I had a place also to sit and to rest with the baby after quite a long walk. All the best from us

I was given the wrong size of shoe and despite multiple attempts to contact the company about the mistake, I was not given the help I needed to receive the correct size.

It took a whole month to receive my order. Once they arrived, they were too big so they are unable to be worn at this time. The correct size was ordered based on age.

I ordered 3 pair of sock shoes on January 19th, it is now March 3nd and I have yet to receive my order. I sent a email asking for my money back and they told me my order would be there. I have put in a dispute with my bank. If they had zero stars that what I would give this company.
