I tried repeatedly to contact the company and let them know the item was sent to the wrong address. I have yet to hear back from them to even have a conversation. I'm just out the money. Customer service support is terrible.

My grandkids loved the shoes. Very easy to put on.

I enjoyed the cute socks for great grandson. He doesn't keep anything on his feet. But i did like the quality.

very cute baby shoes/slipper. easy on and off, my grandson appears to be very comfortable in them, we have had problems with getting him adjusted to some other shoes. Grookz have worked well for him

The quality of the product is ok, however sizing seems to be running quite large. The way it came packaged was not uniform between all of the items and quite honestly very cheap and unimpressive. I would not purchase any items from here again as I feel I could have received a better product off of Amazon for much less.

I never received the shoes and although the delivery company Uni uni said it was delivered, it was not and neither the maker of the shoes or delivery company will respond to my inquiries 😡 Don’t place an order with them!!!

I ordered three pair of shoes… never received an email confirmation but my card was charged. I tried to call the number listed on their web site but it said the call could not be completed as dialed. I sent an email, but have not heard anything. I think I am out the $.

OBVIOUSLY it is not worth my time to return an error that they made for the POSSIBILITY that I MAY receive a refund. This company... awful... do not recommend purchasing from them.

Recieved both pairs I ordered, but one was in the wrong size. Asked about it, was given their refund process. Based on the hoops you have to jump through for returns, I don't think I'll see any money back for the incorrect pair. Bad customer service, but I guess it's my fault for not realizing they were in China before I ordered.

I ordered 3 grookz for my grandson in Austin. They never arrived. I emailed them 3 times nothing. Scam! Received response saying they were on there way. Nothing!

I ordered three pair of shoes. Didn’t realize I ordered from China, My first mistake. Tracking order states it will be delivered on a specific date - it was not. Now tracking states delivery has been rescheduled. Not sure what delivery service is being used. Wrote in to find out about my order and asked about how to get a refund. My gut is telling me I am not getting my money back or my order. I will re-post if there is a different outcome.

I bought these for my 18 month old granddaughter She absolutely loves them . they are the only ones she likes to wear so I bought 2 more pair...Great product .

DO NOT ORDER. I should have done my research first-but was too caught up in the promise of a cute baby shoe for my grandson. When I placed my order, I never received email confirmation of the order (w/order and tracking info). That was a red flag. My CC was charged. Attempted twice to contact the company and while I received emails back, nothing tangible. There is no way to speak with a human. Lesson learned.

I ordered two pairs of shoes during the Black Friday weekend, but unfortunately, I've only received one pair. After reading some reviews, I'm not the only one facing this issue. The response has been inconsistent; to date, I haven't received a refund or the missing pair of shoes.

I will be reporting the company to BBB.
