Very helpful and courteous staff who took great care in wrapping up our sofas and moved them to their new location. Would highly recommend!

The removal team were efficient, cheerful and very helpful. Special thanks to Patrick who unpacked all of our books the day following our removal. All in all a very good service - nothing broken or damaged. and all boxes labelled so we could find things.

Excellent team of guys to move all completed without fuss or bother. Third time we have used Greens and if and when I move again I will certainly be choosing them for the job. All the boxes placed where required, no damage and as already said no fuss.

We had faultless service from start to finish, from loading, going into storage for 6 weeks and unloading. Team were polite and kind to my elderly mother whilst working quickly and efficiently. No damages or breakage.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Mick and Andy were professional, courteous, polite and went above and beyond. They pulleyed our new 2 seater and 3 seater in through the Juliet Balcony as it would not go up the stairs.

We had sent a shipment from New York to the UK. Upon arrival, we had to chase the company to find out if the container arrived. They never replied. Many emails later, we were invoiced for additional port charges as the container was waiting not for us but for others sharing the container to pay their duties therefore we should pay the extra costs!!!!
We refused as these were additional charges that had nothing to do with us since we settled our duty charges as soon as we were told. (another tactic to take more money from customers, do not fall in their traps)
Our items were finally delivered but our most expensive items were missing, so a 4 poster bed, 2 bedside tables and 2 lamps!!! These were from restoration hardware!!
There is confirmation that the items were loaded from New York but somehow these items are now missing in the uk....
No reply from greens on what they have done or followed up so far.... no answer to calls or to emails (call everyday and email every 2 days)... the office reception is useless, apparently the people we need to speak to are too busy and using gdpr as an excuse not to put anyone through. Oh they are still calling me back since June when the container arrived.
Debbie is the only contact apparently that runs the whole company.
Please dont waste your time with greens. Do not use this company who do not value customer's business they only want to bill you and not deliver the service paid for. we are still waiting for our items.

Shipped household goods from Qatar to go to Greece and Greens was nominated as the sub agent transferring the shipment from UK to Greece. The shipment arrived in UK in November and we were advised that they were looking for an agent to forward to Greece. It’s now April and the account handler was never available despite calls and emails also never returns the calls. Always giving the same answer that they are dealing with it.
We have serious concerns there is something wrong, possibly the goods are damaged or the shipment is lost but nobody would speak to us. Just rude receptionist saying they will only take a message. This is the worst service! Rude and unprofessional! Avoid using this company at all cost!

There were several problems with the move. Granted, moving 2 months after brexit in the middle of a pandemic isn't the easiest setting. However, there are some systemic issues that caused most headaches. First of all, booking a move with Greens Removals will not get you movers from Greens Removals. They hired another company called Top Removals, so communication is difficult and slow as you can't reach the agent directly, only the call centre who then passes on your message. Waiting times for a reply where up to a day.

The experience on the day was the movers showing up half an hour late and finished 1h late, which left us with 5min to spare to get our ferry. If we missed the ferry we'd be stranded homeless with a cat.

The next day, on transit to our new place we got a message, asking for documents I couldn't get whilst on the road. It turns out Greens did not check with customs 10 days before the move, when I sent all documents and asked to check if anything is missing, but a day after collecting our belongings, while we were in transit. The communication was not positive at that time and I felt that Greens tried to blame us to avoid absorbing extra costs.

A customs check had to be paid by us in addition, despite the bill charging us £350 for customs clearance. It ended up being outlined in the TOS, but some clarity of potential extra charges beforehand would have left me with a better feeling.

The guys loading our things were extremely rude and tardy. Knowing that we have minutes to spare they first let me sign a blank feedback form and then asked me to fill out feedback.

The guys unloading were super nice though and did great work.

All in all the job got done for a fair price, but it was far from the stress free process we were hoping for.

Edit: A year later now a reply. The loading times were discussed and guaranteed. The Meldebestätigung could not be obtained from abroad. All this was clear. The team was still rude, arrived an hour late and short staffed.

The company charged for ppe, which they said the delivery staff would wear. I happily paid but on seeing they not wearing them I raised a concern. The receptionist is so dizzy and honestly has no idea what is ever going on. They promise you call backs from so called managers but nothing. No emails, no calls nothing. I did receive a refund but how many people are being charged ppe and its not being used? The office staff need a good shake up. You can't keep using covid as an excuse.
I highly do not recommend this company at all. Extra charges which I didn't know about either, its not acceptable.

The reply below deflects the statement, but to answer the staff did not go inside as it wasn't needed, and I paid £20 for your staff to be in a bubble? Ridiculous! Again you mentioned in advance that staff would wear PPE at the time needed, nothing, nearly wore face covering! The staff were indeed amazing and friendly, but that isn't the issue here.

Over the years, I have had pieces shipped from all over the world and I can honestly say that my experience with Greens exceeded by far any of my other experiences. Mr Dolan and his team kept me appraised as did their partner company in the US. Excellent people to work with and the price point was extremely fair for the quality of service. I highly recommend Greens for all your international shipping requirements.

Cannot fault my experience with greens. They were extremely communicative about COVID procedures which really set my mind at ease. The two operatives who moved us were friendly, fast, and careful with al of our belongings. I’ll definitely be recommending to friends and family - they made the whole move so much less stressful!

We booked Green Brothers just three weeks before our move date (the Company we had arranged to move with four months previously couldn't do the job when the time came!) and they were great. Turned up on time, were Covid aware, polite, cheerful and really hard working. We had a fairly large move from Berks to Dorset and we can't praise them enough.

Have used Greens Removals previously and used them again in our latest move. The crew arrived promptly at 8.00 am. They were polite, personable and efficient. They worked almost without a break until 3.00 pm to get our home packed away and into storage. They were very careful with our possessions and the carpets and decor of the house that we were leaving. The price quoted was very competitive and was billed as per the original quotation. Would always use them again for any future moves.

We used Greens Removals when we moved from a big property in Oxfordshire to Chichester. They were absolutely wonderful in every way. Only two men, the owner and a younger man, which we appreciated in these Covid times. They worked incredibly hard, and were so accommodating, polite and friendly. They accommodated every request. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

My overseas mover contracted with Greens Removals for local delivery. Not only were they generally uncommunicative about the delivery of my household items, but they missed their delivery window by 6 hours - showing up to my residence at 630pm on a Friday when the scheduled time was 12pm.

Complete disaster of a business - avoid and do not trust them with your valuables.

Phenomenal job! Swiftly done, minimum fuss, great work ethic. Calculations spot on and value for money. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Greens Removals stored our belongings after we moved back from the UAE, for a very reasonable monthly charge, until we were finally able to rent and settle in the UK. They then delivered them, and help to unpack all the furniture. It was clear everything had been stored well, and the delivery and unpacking went very smoothly, thanks to Lee and Peter who were very friendly, helpful and professional in all they did. I would highly recommend their services as they did a fine job for us.

Extremely poor experience !

I would not recommend Greens Removals for any moving. Our boxes came from Doha and arrive in the UK on July 20th. By now, when we contact the company, they have no answer to reply. The only reply is : we are checking with the customs. For more than a month, they are checking with the customs or what ?
We were supposed to be delivered in France by end of August, as per the initial planning... but now, we are end of August and Greens Removals seem to do nothing to improve the situation, and no communication is given. Even they do not consider customer situation, awaiting for their stuff and have no sympathy regarding this. Extreme poor service, I would never recommend this company.
PS: still waiting for a delivery date from the company.

Everything was fine, pick-up and delivery in time as agreed and no issues

I have absolute HUGE appreciation and applause for Greens as a removal company. We had to move in June 2020, under Coronavirus conditions and I had to shield my elderly father in this process as well. The team were amazing from the word 'Go'. Darren organised things brilliantly, as did the surveyor, Richard. The survey was organised via on line media so it was all handled safely. Then on the day, Louis and Ant were just outstanding! Hard working, considerate and really accommodating to our needs, especially with Dad, having to avoid rooms he was in and being patient while we moved him. If you are considering a removal company, I recommend Greens to you without the slightest hesitation and I know that you will be as delighted with their service as I was. Thank again, superb team .. TOP JOB!
