Unfortunately we don't have any record of your complaint or even know who you are . The delivery details we obtain from clients as would not know these . I expect you are aware of the number of Greens Removals companies in the UK and the World so it may well be another company.
Extraordinarily poor service
Delivery was two months late (over 4 months, against an estimate of 10 weeks), and they then had the cheek to levy additional charges to us for the delay! I would never use this company under any circumstances.

I note we checked in October and have absolutely no idea who you are so can only guess you used another company to ship your goods. We do handle imports on behalf of other movers so maybe one of them was slow to ship as it would not be ourselves.

I have used Greens removal twice for big international moves and on both occasions I have found them to be efficient, reliable, personable professionals. They take the time to research the best route for your freight and then communicate regularly with you throughout the whole process. Somebody is always available to answer your questions.

bad communication and service
We moved from UK to Holland and decided to use Greens Removals.
The person I spoke with was H. and, initially, he has been very useful and always replied promptly to my queries. After confirmation of the collection and delivery date (he told me two weeks after collection), I happily signed and payed the deposit.
Then, things changed. The collection date was not available anymore. Luckily we had a fantastic landlord that helped us since we were in Holland already.
Then:
- wait 2 weeks, I write an email and H. replies "No date, will let you know"
- wait 2 weeks, I send 2 emails and call 5 time in 5 days. No reply or "H. will call you or write you later"
- I get worried and angry. Finally I manage to speak with a lady who apologies and confirms the delivery day on the 12 of April, just more than 1 month and half after the collection. Of course we had all our stuff in the boxes, if we knew we would have or organized differently.
- today (12 of April) we received the boxes and just noticed that the content of one of the boxes was put into another box (I don't know why) in a very messy way. The result is that most of the books are creased and some DVD have the case broken (thank you).
We never got an apologies from Harry only silence.
In conclusion, this can be an exception of a service that is always super good, but since generally things don't happen only once.... be careful and if you can spend a bit more maybe it worth doing it with but with another company.

Thanks for your comments, I'm sorry to hear that you were not totally satisfied with your move.
I am sorry that you have not contacted us directly with your complaints as we could have explained your delivery concerns more clearly. I have investigated and can see that your move was a part load groupage consolidation. The price you paid for the move was based on a consolidation (your items are moved in a truck with other consignments, and the truck is not sent to its destination until there is a full load ). Usually this is between 2-3 weeks but unfortunately, on this occasion, it took longer to fill the consolidation load – possibly due to the time of year and/or concerns over BREXIT.
The price you paid for your move reflects this consolidation service rather than a dedicated service which would have been much more expensive, but could have provided a firm delivery date.
I note your boxes were owner packed. Re-packaging would only have occurred if your packaging was insubstantial and failed in some way.
Very bad service
Very bad service. Full of lie and deceptions. Dont trust them specially a lady called Debbie who reassured us that our beds will be installed but they left 3 beds uninstalled . IKEA BEDS they are the most easy one. They left all the packaging at homd and later on removed when i threatend them. Theg broke lots of our stuff. They kept LED tv in flat position. They came at 1 pm and disappeared after 5 pm slowly . They were suppoosed to come at 8 am in the morning . I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO YOU PLEASE PLEASE BE CAREFULL , THEY ARE REALLY NON PROFESSIONAL

This is not true or accurate.
Your move was from United Emirates and your agent did not include the re-assembly of multi part furniture. We checked with the origin agent and advised you a handyman would need to be contracted, unless you paid for one. The container was late from the port (port issue- not in our control) and the transport was provided by the shipping line.
Not everything could be unpacked on the day as a number of items required muli-part reassembly. A handyman was not contracted by you although this was offered previously and you declined. We came back at no additional cost, although this is not included in the original contract and removed the debris you left in the rain. We did not load your TV flat but it came in the container like that, although I believe there was no damage.
Oh and our staff left at 7 pm.
Now, we have had all this out previously and you have complained to your origin agent and made a claim. I have only just seen your comments (as Trustpilot has had a number of issues with companies with names like ours, but NOT Greens) and take it you made this fatuous statement before our very detailed response to you and the origin agent.
A real cowboy outfit
A real cowboy outfit, broke all of my 4 pieces of furniture, then tried to blame to packers at the other end of the move. Extremely rude and just don't care about your furniture, they should never be awarded any of the industry standard awards - a real fake company, run by a totally uncaring boss - use them at your peril - truly

Your shipment was organised from Doha in Qatar and sent as a part load in a shared shipping container. We were contracted by the Qatar company to clear and deliver only. As advised previously, you should refer to the contracted company in Doha with regards damage in transit and making an insurance claim.
