I qualified for a free Blackstone grill promotion after receiving my third Good Chop box and have now received four boxes total. The meat quality and deliveries were excellent. However, it has been over two months since I qualified for the promotion. I contacted customer service four times and had three reports filed, but the promised Blackstone has not been delivered and no resolution has been provided. Due to the failure to honor the promotion, I canceled my subscription. I am requesting fulfillment of the promotional offer or comparable compensation.

Redemption Code: Our records show that your unique Blackstone voucher code was emailed to your address on file the week of September 7th after your 3rd qualifying box was completed.
Fulfillment & Delays: Good Chop’s role is to verify qualification and generate the promotional redemption voucher. Once redeemed on Blackstone's website, Blackstone handles all inventory, shipping, and delivery tracking. We are aware of the fulfillment delays on their griddles right now; however, because Good Chop does not manage Blackstone's warehouse operations or supply chain, we do not oversee physical shipping or promise specific delivery dates.

When I signed up on your site to get the blackstone grill, I used the correct code/ promotion.
I even bought extra meat than what was required, after my 3 months you are claiming I didn't have that promotion on my account.
I should have read more reviews online about your company.
Now that I know you lie about the grill, can anyone really trust the quality of the meat....NO
You are a shitty company.
Funny thing is, I probably would have kept buying from you.
I doubt you will post this review.

Better than Buttet
I joined chop and got a great selection of grass fed USA beef
I was only able to try a filet and a ribeye which were melt in your mouth delicious. I must say I have dentures and this was the first steak I was able to chew with ease. Unfortunately my husband died and they didn’t have a small box so I had to cancel. My only objection was there was a small box.
We have tried butcher box Omaha steaks chops were 10x better. Thank you good chops
