Due to an unfortunate dispute (unrelated to Ginger Energy), i have had to engage with Ginger directly, and have spoken with Leanne quite regularly in order to obtain breakdowns for usage, and for general advice on my queries - Leanne has been pleasant to speak to throughout and has been very polite, accommodating and helpful. Ginger energy didn’t invoice us (or our entire apartment block) for the past 16 months. Despite having our contact details. They then aggressively perused us for payment, and refused to take any responsibility for their failure to contact us in a timely manner -despite our attempts to pay before this time. Disgraceful company.

Moved out in July 2024 and I’m still getting emails for outstanding bills in January 2025… getting the dates mixed up of our tenancy trying to charge us for months we didn’t live there etc.. take days to respond back to us about these query’s and having to email them repeatedly that we no longer live in the apartment they’re trying to charge us these bills for..

I would like to thank Leminh Tran for her help over the past year with sourcing the best rates available and also identifying an error on the account which resulted in a substantial reduction in electricity costs incurred.
