I have had a look into this and I can see that the card message you had given us to attach to your order was written as 'Happy 2st ....' and so this is what was automatically attached to your basket. In the process of attaching these card messages we always try to make sure that everything is correct, in particular the message matching the order so a mistake like this given to us was one we unfortunately missed in our process. In regards to your delivery date, I can see that it was actually delivered on the date you had requested which was the 9th but was not collected from the post office by someone until the 25th. We do sincerely apologise for the disappointment this has caused, however we do still hope that your recipient was still thrilled with their basket you arranged for them!
