Provided telephone number to alert recipient for delivery of goods. Items delivered at post office instead without alerting recipient. Inconvenience to elderly recipients when a telephone call to recipient would have allowed access for delivery at the address provided.

Unfortunately one of the corona bottles which was an additional item to the hamper broke and leaked into the almond, rocky road and pistachios.
