I was sent the wrong instructions for how to log into my exam, and the exam proctor called me and told me I didn't know how to follow directions and was extremely rude to me. I asked if she could be more professional about it and she (the CUSTOMER SERVICE rep) exploded on me (THE CUSTOMER). I have never had such a poor experience where I was treated so poorly.

It was extremely easy to use and get…
It was extremely easy to use and get set up, I've taken certification exams with in-person proctoring before and this was easily 10 times faster and simpler. It's also surprising to me that certiport allows them as a testing center since they don't even require you to have a camera on during the proctoring, but it was overall a very seamless experience.

It was clear concise instructions
It was clear concise instructions. I could follow along. The only thing is the amount of time to complete the exam is too short for the tasks we are asked to do. Two hours is a better time. 50 minutes doesn’t say whether a person knows the information or not. Students aren’t studying to be doctors.

Will I use Get Certified America...Absolutely!
I had a not so great experience initially with Pearson OnVue when trying to take my certification exam. But with Get Certified America, it was painless. Quick and easy to schedule and take my certification exam when I wanted to and with full support. Speaking of support, my proctor was AWESOME. She was professional, helpful, and made the experience one of the main reasons I will look to Get Certified America for my next certification exam.

Testing software would not work on a…
Testing software would not work on a Mac. Support staff was very helpful, but the final option was to ask if I had a PC available to use instead. I had not prepared for the test on a PC, so it made the test more difficult.

Although it's our goal to provide you with a seamless exam session, some test candidates may not be able to test using this solution -- conflicts with the bios of your computer and the secure lockdown browser; your operating system; personal internet restrictions; firewalls; VPNs; and the list goes on. Our support team helps to identify why you cannot connect, however, we cannot provide full on technical support to make your computer compatible to Certiport's system -- which are all PC-based computers. This is why you were asked to switch to a different computer, if one was available.
If you plan to retake your exam, perhaps testing at a physical test center would be a better option. We apologize for the issue you experienced.

Win, thank you for your feedback. When testing outside the US, there are several things that could impact your connection to the virtual exam computer. It might be best to test at a physical center. Please check your email, I found a center in your country.
