I found Get Certified America via an online search. It was easy to purchase a sitting fee and schedule my exam. The Proctor was helpful and encouraging, which I appreciated because I was slightly nervous!

My Saturday afternoon exam stopped working, with about 20 minutes left on the timer. The proctor tried to restart the exam four times while waiting for feedback on what had happened. Ultimately, it was determined that the server was undergoing maintenance (during the day???), and my exam was rescheduled for Monday morning. I was thrilled to have the same proctor on Monday morning, so we crossed our fingers and celebrated when I passed. This is an amazing team, and I am thrilled to be testing with them!

Scheduling was confusing at first and I honestly thought it was a scam mainly because of the scheduling landing page but was running out of options so I still went with it but turns out it was legit. It was very easy to change my appointment. The staff was very pleasant to talk to. Process is simple and fluid.

On a similar note; had 3 consecutive bad experiences with OnVue (the Pearson staffed online testing version) where I had to get a refund from OnVue 3 times in a row due to exam software issues, whereas Get Certified America was a breeze to schedule and take the exam online with.

I have wanted to become certified for years, but did not live near an in person Certiport center. With the discovery of Get Certified America, I have been able to obtain two of my certifications today and plan on more!
