Everything was great but the instructions at the end were not given. I don't know if we lost connection or something else but i was a bit lost at the end of the test.

I didn't like the combined answer questions. Also, exam seemed to have trick questions instead of straight forward questions

I really liked the different types of questions and that we were able to view right away that we passed

Got technical issues, tabs that didn’t work when they should work, images that appeared and then disappeared, worksheet were data disappeared

The entire overall experience was great. The proctor had plenty of experience, was patient, and understood the process well. The testing environment worked well with no technical glitches, allowing me to take the certification test at home comfortably.

It just doesnt work for someone with disabilities such as mine because comprehension I have to sometimes read each question 10 times to make sense of it and so not enough time

Started off good. Went downhill when I was expected to lose eight minutes of time due to tech problems with no reset of time or concern that it could jeapordize me passing the test or not.

Thank you for the reply and the refund. I did not request a refund. What I wanted was confirmation there would be no more tech problems taking away time during my test in the future and was told all companies will have the same problem. That is not concern. It is deflection and avoiding a potential solution so I can take the test. I was hoping to get certified with your company as a result of being given a potential solution, not my money back. Thanks for everything though.

It's not so easy to study after 45, but with this course I have had no problems. Everything was clear and comfortable. Thanks to all your team

The timing was accurate and the proctor agent was nice and took me to the test step-by-step.

It was so difficult to schedule. I pulled up exam and it said exam could only be taken at a testing center which was incorrect. I had to purchase the proctor fee then it allowed me to schedule. I would also recommend anyone using a laptop to have an external mouse because the test does not allow you to use the touchscreen fuction properly. Now after my experience, I know how to schedule but it was very misleading/ confusing.

hi. thank you for having me in this course . it was really amazing and helpful for understanding the Quickbooks.
There was a problem in study versions and also the practice test for version 3 , was not available.

It was v good and I learn lots of things but some issues with the score that I only have
They expect too much like from 1000 u have to get 700

I have followed the instructions in the video before you sent it (have tried this over 6 times) before I sent submitted the issues.

I followed it 2 more times this each night since receiving the email.

I would uninstall and reinstall if I could find my code.

The platform is easy to work on. The live and personal assistance is so professional and helpful

Me studying a different way. By making examples like the instructor said to do in the videos before taking the exam. I was able to improve my score greatly. The testing was on point with the tutorial. The exam questions were clear.

Very slow to react and some parts disappeared randomly for no reason
