Taking into consideration how nervous people must be prior to taking an exam, my proctor was very professional, encouraging and kind.

Get certified made it easy to book an online proctored certification test, and made it easy to take the test.
They sent proper reminders and instructions about what to do and what to expect.
The proctors were very friendly, but firm, and helped going thru the process.

The proctor was rude and condescending. I have made two attempts to take the exam and could not because of "incompatible software." I used a brand-new laptop and had tested before just fine. I don't have access to other computers that are not locked down for me to test. I am stuck and I want to be certified.

The Excel Expert curriculum covered the Microsoft MO-201 exam very well with no gaps or over-/under-emphasis. Enrique's explanations were concise and organized. The Pro-tips were an added bonus. Most of them are quite relevant to my job as a business intelligence analyst. I passed my exam with a score over 900 out of 1000.

One of the best at home testing experience of my life. Scheduling process was extremely easy. They were frequently emailing me about the processes with reminders. On test day the instructor was online to guide me through the entire time till the beginning of the test. Testing layout was very user friendly also.

Proctor of my exam was excellent, website and directions for signing up need at minimum updating. The directions for the process did not fully match what the process is for signing up. Not sure if directions are just outdated to newer processes/requirements?

I had trouble with the technology the first attempt of my timed exam. I was very upset because I knew I did not finish the exam. Within minutes I received a call and they did everything possible to ensure my 2nd attempt went smoothly. They were so patient and made me feel so very comfortable. The 2nd attempt was way better as we smoothed out the technology issues - I had enough time to finish and happy I passed with flying colours. They were amazing and when I was in exam crises they made me feel okay and confident enough to try again. I think we can agree that exams are stressful even when everything is going well. Amazing customer service - so happy and grateful to everyone involved.

So when I signed up for the virtual testing everything went smoothly except for the actual test. It's a timed test.. everything was lagging. Open a file, it took a few seconds, the mouse was dragging behind my mouse. A bunch of lagging issues. Also, I had no time to go through and check the settings, so all of my AutoCAD preferences and setting were all different. Frankly, it was a terrible testing experience and I'm surprised I passed.

Proctor was friendly. Test-taking procedure was expedient and I am now Microsoft 365 Fundamentals certified.

The only thing I did not like is the time alloted. It's not fair with reading the question, then to think about the steps to answer correctly. It's very rush rush and I don't like that. To me this should not be nerve racking to just click quickly to move onto the next question. More time needs to be alloted for someone to fill good about answering the questions correctly rather than just trying to beat the time.
