Well customer service is worst ever
Well customer service is worst ever , after being a customer and renewal of my policy I found on a Sunday that have no insurance. Even though I had confirmation emails to confirm . The representative disregard this and said I would have to pay for their error. Her tone was totally unacceptable. Please avoid this company as really unprofessional and their customer run by the streets I think

I have bought an electric car which unfortunately the underwriters didn't provide cover for. Geoffrey cancelled my cover then reimbursed the money for the cover remaining on my insurance.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re really sorry to hear about your experience when trying to transfer your policy to your new electric vehicle. We completely understand your frustration — especially given the growing shift towards electric cars.
At the moment, our underwriting criteria mean that we’re unable to cover certain vehicle types, including some electric models, and we appreciate that this can be disappointing. The cancellation charge reflects the administrative costs associated with ending a policy early, but we understand it can feel unfair in situations like this.

It was easy to arrange car insurance BUT very difficult to cancell renewel I se4nt emails stating I did not want to renew ( too expensive ) but NOBODY did anything - after a long phone call the lady was helpful but the process was difficult
would I insure again - not sure
I have just had my credit card declined !!! so thank you Geoffrey Car Insurance !! PAY ME BACK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
