Unable to renew car insurance.
Wanted to renew my car insurance. Was not allowed to do it online, I had to phone up. On hold for over 30mins then cut off. Tried again, cut off again. Clearly they don't want my custom. Other insurers are more expensive but I guess you get what you pay for.

Worst customer experience I have ever had - enough to bring me to tears
DO NOT USE. Honestly I have never had a more frustrating, infuriating and all round stressful experience dealing with a company. There are layers of "company" - you never actually get to speak to Geoffrey Insurance (who are a broker not an insurance company). I had a small incident and so far have spent around 4 hours on the phone trying to report it and get an update. I have had no correspondence from them at all. The claims area on the website is down. You get caught in a constant stream of transferring to other teams (none of which are actually Geoffrey) and IVR phone systems. Honestly the sooner I can insure with someone else the better. Every call has me tearing my hair out and wanting to cry.

I got emails about a bounced direct debit, not even a second attempt!
However, tried to pay online.. “technical problems” tried again.. the same!!!
Tried to call .. “we are experiencing high calls” the phone went dead .!!!
This happened multiple times. I even have my bank to back me up in this as when tried to pay online I had to use my app for approval.
Now I owe 1700??!!! When I tried to pay online on their own email link! Sooo pissed off! Absolute joke! Do not use!

Geoffrey ins are quite fair price a little bit more than some companies but I thought I was getting a good Premium until I had to change my address,and charged me £90 or tried to until i complained had to go through some strive though that really put me off so watch this company, out to fleece you and no need as it is disproportionate to what they have to do in terms of Labour, it’s hardly labour intensive taping or computer and changing a address..
SCANDALOUS I certainly won’t be used again. I recommend them to any of my colleagues or associates friends, et cetera.
