General Medicine provides excellent quality care and is highly recommended!

I would recommend the service to anyone who is looking for going through health issues. I had to wait for 3-4 months to get a doctor appointment via hospital but the GM team is very effective and efficient in making the process easy and stress free for their patients with great doctors and nurses and a great team which helps gets labs and specialist appointment. Thanks a lot.

I had booked an appointment and nobody should up.
And when I call for support line it goes to voice mail. can't reschedule, all i needed was a prescription refill but I have too so much money to get that renewed just for a month. But apparently I can't even do that. very incompetent. $100 down the drain.

General Medicine made a huge difference for my family. They listened to our concerns about my family member and ordered the MRI and bloodwork upfront, so we could get answers and get in line with a neurologist without losing months waiting to start the diagnostic process. I’m incredibly grateful we found them.

I had a great experience with general medicine! Got a same-day appointment and they followed through, and I had my prescription the next day! The doctor was very knowledgeable, personable, and friendly. I definitely will use and recommend them again!

Absolutely life saver. My regular doctor completely let me down with a prescription refill request and ignored me all week before I was going on holiday. I was able to book an appointment with general medicine within 30 mins and speak with a doctor to get my refill. She was thorough and efficient

Quick service and knowledgeable people

I struggled with my PCP hearing my concerns. I did an extensive amount of searching when I found General Medicine. My first appointment was in-depth and included education as well as diagnostics. After a simple test that my PCP wouldn’t order, I learned more about what my issue was and how to manage it and got peace of mind that there was something I could do on my own before resorting to medication. I felt like I had a medical professional in my corner. I’m comfortable with taking a hybrid approach to managing my health including General Medicine as part of my health care team.

Super quick and easy. Was able to chat with a dr and get my prescription within the next few hours.

Very quick to get access to required medication. Did what I was looking for. Some unnecessary blood work and frequent copay consultations, but it works for what I needed. Now have transferred care to my PHCP

My questions were always answered promptly and everyone is very knowledgeable.

Every provider I have worked with is professional, great response time, and beyond helpful! They offer a large selection of times for appointments. Questions/ concerns/ etc ….even on weekends I have been able to reach a provider with no issue and have been able to get in contact with a provider. I’d recommend General Medicine and couldn’t be happier with my care.

I had been without my thyroid meds for far too long, long enough that My 61 yr old body felt like it was starting to shut down. I don't currently have a PCP. I just always went to the walk in clinic near my apt. However this time when I called them requesting a refill they turned me away telling me I need to go find a reg. PCP. I was at a loss and didn't know what I was going to do. I was So Lethargic and So Weak that I had a little breakdown before deciding to get on line and start searching for a Doctor.
Anyway, I found myself searching on line for someone and GM popped up. So I read what they were all about and decided to give them a go. It was the Best Decision I've made this year..! The Service they Provided Me from the moment I 1st made contact with them was Not Only VERY PROFESSIONAL, but they Were So Very Kind that I felt as though they knew Me. They made Me Feel like they Sincerely Cared, Like I Had Worth and Like I Really Mattered to them. I felt like I had been going to them for years. I saw that along with many other services they provide, thru them for half the cost of any Doctors Office Visit ($30.00) I was Blessed to speak with a Doctor and explain to them my issues. These Folks Went Above and Beyond and not only did they give me a prescription, they came up with a list of Pharmacies I could get it filled at. I told them my choice and they called it in. The ABOVE AND BEYOND was when they told me they wanted me to also go get 2 labs done, and then do a follow up and get a 3rd lab done a couple weeks after that, Again, they showed me a list of Labs and as soon as I told them which Lab would work best for me, they contacted the Lab and scheduled my appts They then told me that I could just walk in when most convenient for me as long as it was on the days they scheduled. I Felt and Still Feel So Blessed to have found them. My 1st set of Labs isn't even until Sept 3rd and so I was Blown Away when they contacted me a couple days ago just to check up and see if my meds were making a difference yet. May God Bless Them All as they have Blessed Me.
