I was impressed with the ability to get a Sunday afternoon appointment! Dr. Krinkie was very good to deal with. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I never received paperwork for what type of blood test I needed. Otherwise,terrific

This is so easy to use and so personal , much better than going in person to see a doctor when I can talk and the comfort of my own home with providers that are actually listening and giving me their undivided attention

General Medicine is a dream come true. They are convenient and very helpful. The Doctors are friendly and they do not make you feel rushed when talking to them. I have really enjoyed my phone visit and convenient care options.

I have had an outstanding experience with General Medicine. The quality of care is excellent, and I especially appreciate having access to knowledgeable specialist physicians and nurse practitioners who take the time to actually listen, understand the whole picture, and thoughtfully manage ongoing medical needs.

The providers are thorough, responsive, compassionate, and genuinely supportive. Appointments never feel rushed or impersonal. They take concerns seriously, explain treatment options clearly, help coordinate care, and make appropriate referrals when additional specialist evaluation is needed. That continuity and willingness to help navigate the healthcare system has been incredibly valuable.

Just as importantly, everyone I have interacted with has been friendly, caring, understanding, and helpful. There is a real sense that they want their patients to feel heard and well cared for rather than simply moved through an appointment. I have felt supported throughout my care and would enthusiastically recommend General Medicine to anyone looking for attentive, comprehensive, patient-centered medical care.

The service was quick and to the point.

Was able to make an appointment for the very next morning which was incredibly nice and convenient. Met with the doctor who was incredibly knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and had excellent bedside manner. Getting my PA was smooth and effortless really on my part - was able to go from being curious about starting a glp1 to prescription in hand in 4 days which was remarkable. And any time I have question s I just shoot a text and someone gets back to me within the hour or the next day if it’s later at night. Highly recommend!

Needed a second opinion regarding my beloved elderly sister who was having medical issues as well as having problems communcating. My doctor point of contact was excellent, patient, through. She reviewed the medical info and conference with specialist as needed.

I started out with a different online medical platform, and tried a few different ones. None of them compares to general medicine. General Medicine is so easy to use, with an intuitive app, very caring, knowledgeable and responsive doctor. I wish I had found this place first. I’m so happy with them.

This is the second time using General Medicine. The response to any questions I have receive a reply and if they have gone home for the day, messages always go through. It seems if someone is working "late", they will provide information right away. They get the need or the problem quickly. It spoils me for the limited visits to my own primary care.

General Medicine has been the easiest, smoothest Telehealth option I have ever used. The doctors and staff are very thorough and kind. I appreciate the follow-ups I receive to check on my health. Additionally, it’s really easy to contact them and they respond very quickly.

This was an awesome experience. I had labs to make sure I was a candidate and all the way through they were so informative. This is definitely a 10 out of 10.

I would recommend the service to anyone who is looking for going through health issues. I had to wait for 3-4 months to get a doctor appointment via hospital but the GM team is very effective and efficient in making the process easy and stress free for their patients with great doctors and nurses and a great team which helps gets labs and specialist appointment. Thanks a lot.

I had booked an appointment and nobody should up.
And when I call for support line it goes to voice mail. can't reschedule, all i needed was a prescription refill but I have too so much money to get that renewed just for a month. But apparently I can't even do that. very incompetent. $100 down the drain.

General Medicine made a huge difference for my family. They listened to our concerns about my family member and ordered the MRI and bloodwork upfront, so we could get answers and get in line with a neurologist without losing months waiting to start the diagnostic process. I’m incredibly grateful we found them.

I had a great experience with general medicine! Got a same-day appointment and they followed through, and I had my prescription the next day! The doctor was very knowledgeable, personable, and friendly. I definitely will use and recommend them again!

Absolutely life saver. My regular doctor completely let me down with a prescription refill request and ignored me all week before I was going on holiday. I was able to book an appointment with general medicine within 30 mins and speak with a doctor to get my refill. She was thorough and efficient
