I have already told my friends and coworkers about general medicine. Zoom meeting was easy to use, the dr.was great. He looked into my current medications my concerns and even txted me after our meeting to clarify a subject we didn’t discuss during the meeting. It wasn’t just a “ here you go” doctor. He took his time and truly cared. My prescriptions were sent in and filled very quickly. He also sent me a list of local doctors to get a primary care doctor but said I can also go though general medicine again if I prefer that. 10 out of 10 recommend!! I couldn’t be happier with the doctor or the process. This was at a fraction of the cost I was paying to see my doctor and it didn’t take weeks to get in like it did at my doctors office. Nothing but 100% praise for my experience I had with general medicine !!!👍

It was a smooth process and even though we were travelling through, we were able to get right in to a specialist. That doctor had all the information, scheduled testing and procedures a week later. Thanks for making this an easy and smooth process.

I highly recommend this team. My medical case is extremely complicated, and while local specialists struggled for months to find a path forward, this team provided expert advice and a medication that worked immediately. Their responsiveness is unmatched; they proactively follow up and answer questions with concise, kind responses. The website has a slight learning curve for document management, but the staff is so helpful that it’s a minor hurdle. 5/5 stars for finally providing solutions where others couldn’t. I would give more if I could!

Handy and more convenient than a traditional Dr appointment. I take care of my dad. Getting out of the house is problematic. It was quick and easy

While I really appreciate what my current family physician has done for me over the past couple three decades my experience with the practitioner and staff at general medicine has Farr superseded any expectations that I could’ve had. Very impressed with their communication, their speediness and expediting request and the appointments rate at a five star for each experience will continue to utilize their professionalism and expertise indefinitely.

I made an appointment and was called on time. The doctor was caring and professional. I was prescribed an antibiotic for my sinus infection. It was sent to the pharmacy and I got my prescription in less than an hour. They even reached out a couple of days later to see how I was feeling. Highly recommend you won't be disappointed

I’m receiving better, more attentive care through General Medicine than I was with my in person provider. General Medicine has been able to get my meds pre authorized with my insurance when my in person provider failed to do so. I love this service and have been recommending it to all of my friends!

I reached out to Ge eral Medicine needing an emergency refill of one of my very important prescriptions because I no longer had a primary care doc. The 1st person I was chatting with told me she could not fill it for me and asked me to wait until she could find someone who could.(which is the only reason I didn't give them a 5 star) It was a long and stressful process but once I had a very kind and understanding doctor chatting with me she understood my urgency and filled a 3 month supply for me. She even sent a follow up chat to see how I was doing. I'm very grateful I found General Medicine and got the help I needed from a very caring company. I would recommend General Medicine to any friend or family that needed help when they have no one else to turn to.
