Great Telehealth service provider. Recommend.

I have a pituitary tumor and used General Medicine to have my case consulted with an endocrinologist as I am uninsured due to being on medical leave, making this the only affordable option. Even though I never spoke directly to the endocrinologist, they were responsible for giving orders on my care, including the medication I am taking to treat the tumor/issues associated with the tumor. I needed the name of the endocrinologist and they refused to provide it for me. I, just as every patient, have a RIGHT to know any doctor involved in my care, no matter how much or little they contributed. The endocrinologist has also been in contact with my neurosurgeon. Hiding their name is highly unprofessional and illegal. I will be getting the name from my neurosurgeon, but should not have to take that step. I have zero trust in this group after that. Why hide a name of a doctor who’s been involved with my case? Very concerning.

General Medicine made getting my Zepbound medication through Lilly Direct so simple and they had same day appointments! They billed my insurance so the appointment cost me nothing out of pocket. I highly recommend this company! Thank you for your help!

This place is a scam. Asked for blood pressure meds. I can not see my dr because I cant afford the no insurance payment. I cant qualify for the discounts they have so I came hear to bridge the gap between when I run out to when I get medical. Told all this to the dr. Even told them what happens if I discontinue the meds. (Not good) and get told " cant complete this for you thanks for understanding" and thats it visit ended. Take my money just to spit in my face. Don't wait your money find another way.

Clean and efficient personnel and facilities. Notifications come to your phone so you can even wait in your car or the parking lot. Pretty cool that they give the patients that much freedom to be comfortable in their own skin. 10/10 would recommend.

I got a prescription renewed that I desperately needed, and the doctors have been both thorough and caring. It's also really difficult to get time away from work, so it's been great getting exceptional care that can fit within my schedule! I've already recommended them to folks in person, and I'll continue to do so!

General Medicine has been a Godsend. You can be sick and get a same day appointment whereas I can never get into my family PA until weeks later which has become unacceptable to me. The staff here are friendly, efficient, fast, knowledgeabie and the doctors are extremely thorough! They are covered by work insurance and can get approvals on tests overnight such as the MRI I had on my brain recently. And their followup is amazing! Highly highly recommend General Medicine!

General Medicine was extremely easy to navigate. The doctor I had my appointment with was on time, extremely knowledgeable and took his time getting to know me and my medical history.
The people at General Medicine also stayed in constant contact with me via text every step of the way while my prescription was being authorized by my insurance. They really made the whole process very easy and manageable.

I would highly recommend them to anyone. It’s so convenient to get doctors pretty much around the clock

My doctor was excellent in understanding me.

I was charged for a visit that never happened. I made an apt on 9/13 around 1pm and it said some will text me around 12pm. I waited an never received a message. When I looked at the account it said 12pm 9/13, however I didn’t make the appointment until after 12pm that day so I could not have a same day in the past.

The experience was good and Dr. Pomrenke was superb. He was really professional and definitely cared about me as a patient and my health.

Such friendly and caring staff. They always make me feel like I matter, much more so than traditional doctors offices where you are just a number and herded like buffalo into a room to be ignored. The doctors on this app care and take their time with you!
