I have been suffering with kidney stones for a good while now. I have tried to get in to see a urologist and the earliest appointment I can get is not until October. I used General Medicine, answered some questions and had a prescription that day. A week of taking the medication and I finally had some relief. If it wasn’t for General Medicine I would still be suffering

I had a very positive experience with General Medicine. The NP was attentive and listened to my concerns and my questions were answered.

They were great. The doctor listened to my concerns and addressed them. This group is more than the topical “doc in a box”. It felt as if we were in the office vice on a video call

I was previously with New Self and had several days before answers from the doctors. Since switching to General I have been almost instantly responded to and checked on often. I feel so fortunate. They also did not make me start all over at starting dose. I was able to continue where I was on treatment schedule. Happy girl!

Very convenient. Easiest way to be seen by doctors and get treatment. Everyone I've encountered has been so nice and compassionate. They are very attentive and listen to the patient.

Dr Meghan Taylor and the Care team took care of me. I felt heard and they followed through until my prior authorization was approved after it was denied. They maintained communication with me until I received my medication.

I was not familiar with General Medcine before they were recommended by ELilly. I am very pleased with the ease of scheduling a virtual appointment via Zoom. The entire process was streamlined and the results were better than I anticipated. I have already recommended General Medicine.

I liked the provider. She was very helpful and pleasant. But I do not appreciate being notified every couple of days to make a follow up appointment especially when i haven’t started to taking Wegovy. Its very annoying to me. I understand that there are patients that do appreciate these types of notifications. Its just not for me.

I was previously using Sequence for my Zepbound. They were slow in responding and made me jump through hoops. My sister had me switch to General and I could not be happier. They reach out all the time to check in and have responded quickly to all my texts! Definitely recommend General to EVERYONE!

Provider was very caring and got my medications refilled but also took the time to order bloodwork and make sure my diabetes was in check

Mind-bogglingly incompetent, repeatedly incompetent, Won't take responsibility for incompetence. Don't read messages, don't do as requested, don't respond to me or to referral doctors repeatedly seeking confirmation. Referred me to entities that are closed down or very far away. Won't connect me directly to the doctor to notify her about their non-stop repetative incompetence. After facing repeated unprofessional treatment, I called them incompetent jerks so they banned me from my doctor.

Everything was handled very promptly and professionally.

Excellent care. I received 3 prescriptions I needed right away, including a migraine rx which was urgent. So much easier than booking an appointment with my irl mds. I am very thankful I found this service.
