If a 0 could be given it is what I would give it. The Hokas are counterfeit, shipped from china in plastic bags not even the shoe box itself that should have been the 1st red flag. The sizing is wrong and you do not get the comfort of a hoka the most uncomfortable wear . You email customer service and no response although their site stipulates a response between 24-48hours a huge disappointment so please do your research and use chatgpt which highlights all issues with this company

I ordered some Birkenstocks, at £55. I saw the uk credentials at the bottom of the page and thought they may be selling off old sale stock. Once the order went through the emails said they were coming from china. When they arrived 11 days later they were bad counterfeits and I tried ringing the given number. I never got a reply to the various messages I left them. Then I started to email and got Sophia, who assured me I would get a return label and my refund. She assured me over and over but the label didn’t arrive.
Eventually I did a charge back with Halifax and got my money back and have reported them to Citizens Advice and they will pass the information onto Trading Standards in London.
What a rip!

Would pick sub zero stars if possible. Ordered a pair of Hokas took around 3.5 weeks to arrive from china they had no box and were smelling strongly of fish. Clearly counterfeit I have been going back and forward with them and they have said they will refund finally but have now gone quiet I will see if I can go through my bank.

Please listen to the other reviews on here and DON’T order from this website. I ordered trainers that took 2.5 weeks to arrive from CHINA, no reply from customer service in that time. When they did arrive, it is absolutely clear that they are not genuine HOKA trainers - poor stitching, indents in the fabric, oh and they arrived in a plastic bag and not in a box as you’d expect trainers to arrive!!!!!!!!!!
Emailed customer service with the photos requesting a refund….no response and still waiting. Have to go through my bank now to see if they can help get me the refund.

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing! Contacted them for assurance that the trainers I ordered were authentic and was assured they were .Eventually arrived in a bag no box and they were counterfeit .
Contacted them again to arrange a return under the 30 day money back guarantee They were apologetic and asked for photos which I provided Then asked again for the same thing I screen shot the email from them saying they had received the photos Emailed three more times asking for a return to be actioned but no response whatsoever I’m now in the process of getting a refund through my bank

Received the Hokas, gave a 3 not because of the product, happy with the product. It’s because of the unknown timeline on when you expect to receive them or if you ever will.

BEWARE SCAM, selling cheap items under the disguise of more expensive branded makes. Will not provide me with a refund and will not return my e-mails!!!!

Clearly a fake product. Took over a month to arrive and getting a refund is near impossible. Avoid.

Hoka Clifton running shoes
Took a while for the running shoes to arrive. I've had them 3 days and run 18 miles...so early days, but they are immediately very comfortable and a good fit (size 9....my normal foot size is 8.5, but order slightly larger in running shoes).
Other reviews suggest they might not be genuine, but I've no idea if this is the case. As a runner all my life (now in my 70s), I can only say I'm vert happy with the shoes.
Some reviews talk of bad experiences with long wait, and they did take a few weeks longer than I would have expected to arrive.....so yes, presumably not sent from the UK.

FAUX HOKA. Same as everyone else. They are clearly selling faux goods but still seem to be getting away with it. Has anyone had a successful chargeback from their credit card company? I ordered and then quickly realised they were likely faux after reading the reviews. I tried to cancel the order that had only just been made. I eventually got a reply 5 days later to say they had been dispatched. They have arrived but in a clear plastic bag with a china label. Sophia at Gainlier has promised me a return label several times but this has still not arrived. Taking it up with Mastercard.

Scam company- reported to credit card as fraud.

Brought Hoka trainers via shopify app, wrongly presumed this would be safer, and they would check the companies they have on their site. Been over 2 weeks now, and nothing received....reported to my bank. Their website is misleading, you have no idea the products are from abroad, as they use a uk address. So annoyed!!! Will not be burnt again, expensive lesson learnt. (Will not be using shopify app again either!!)

Ordered a pair of Birkenstock took over a month to arrive from china, when they arrived (after our holiday!) they are nothing like the picture on the website not even attempted to look like a copy of Birkenstock, also the wrong colour! Have emailed them various times and ‘Sophie’ replies that I will receive a returns label within a day it’s been weeks now and nothing. Will take up with my bank now but not holding out any hope! £56 for something that will not be worn! Terrible quality.
