This company are scammers I got a pair of fake size 9 hokas when I ordered a size 8 when you complain to them they block you stay well clear I will contact bank to get this company shut down for fraud

It is a scam I ordered some Birkenstocks and what they sent is was no where near the picture

I contacted them to return which they agreed and would send me the return label.
2 weeks later no return label and now my emails won’t be delivered

Very disappointed with this company stay away from it. No product & even their email giving a email address to customers to contact them is not recognised when I try to get in contact? Going to see if my bank can help to stop their payment

They are passing-off , but doing just enough to not get busted for trade mark infringement

Do not use. Wish I’d seen these reviews first. Fake items from China and no refund policy or real person. What a shame they’ve not been caught yet.

Never ever buy from this site. They are Chinese. They advertise designer items and send you rubbish. They never give refunds.

I purchased Hoka Clifton 9’s from this company. I have severe hip arthritis and read that these trainers were the best. Whenever I searched to buy some Gainlier came up so stupidly I bought from there. Immediately after I ordered them I tried to cancel but was told it was too late as they had already been dispatched and was told I could return.
After repeatedly being asking for a returns label (about 10 times) I realised I was never getting my money back. After closer inspection it was clear the trainers were fake. Please do not use this company. Complete scam.

Stay away, they just sell fakes. I bought a pair of Birkenstock, and they arrived after three weeks and they are obviously a bad fake. Stay away. The website needs to be closed.

Same as everyone else really. Stupidly didn’t research before purchasing. I asked why my items were being sent from China as the website stated they were London based, I was ‘reassured’ that items are genuine - I don’t think Birkenstock even ship from China ever. They are using Birkenstock stock photos for items that don’t even try to look like Birkenstocks. Multiple emails with Sophia, constantly promised a returns label. Now the emails are undeliverable. They appear to be trading under Kibertan now. I noticed the items I purchased are no longer on Gainlier but identical is on Kibertan. I have requested a refund through my bank and hoping it’ll be successful.

SCAM site. I usually check here before buying things online but these had a pretty believable name and website and I thought they were selling past season stock, thus the range of colours. When a plastic bag arrived from China with a crumpled pair of plastic shoes instead of a box with Birkenstocks inside, I knew straight away. The emails to them were answered by a Sophia and when I tried by return to send the photo she asked for so she could send me a return label, surprise surprise the email address doesn't exist anymore. (My bank have been very helpful so thanks to everybody on here who has said report it to your bank).

Not based in the UK, despite the website suggesting it is. Fake products and no chance of returning for a refund. The order is processed immediately so the money goes out your account. The products arrive 3-4 weeks later in a plastic bag with no box. You realise they are fake. You contact them for a return label and they say no problem. It doesn’t turn so you chase. They ask for this, that and the other, and all very polite. Nothing happens. You email again and your message doesn’t deliver so they block you. Passed to AMEX for help getting a refund.

I ordered for a holiday thinking item was coming from London as per their website. After a few days noticed the tracking details were showing coming from China, as there was no mention they would be coming from China I got in touch to state they] order would not arrive in time and I would need to send back.
I received correspondence where they apologised however would organise a return label free of charge. I have been in touch over the course of the last 2 weeks with assurance I would get the label, contacted again today only to find the email address is now "NOT FOUND", I attempted to resend via the webpage same issue, safe to say I have been ripped off, so I will contact my bank to see if there is nothing I can do. Oh items arrived fake fake fake.

This is a scam website. Waited ages for Birkenstocks. And they are rubbish. Paid £50 and they are worth about a fiver !! Customer services blocked me after asking for a refund!! DO NOT waste your money !!

Like other reviewers, I ordered Birkenstock clogs, which took a long while to arrive and were in flimsy packaging and unboxed. They were clearly fake, very wpoor quality fake suede and with creases in the uppers. I e mailed and asked to return the clogs and be refunded, and sent in photos at Sophia from the company's request. I was told I would be sent a return label and get a refund, but this has not been forthcoming, and chase up e mails are now undeliverable and phone calls unanswered. The matter is now in the hands of my bank. A frustrating and disappointing experience.

Ordered some Birkenstocks and when the tracking info came through I realised I’d been scammed. Fakes received, email address is now undeliverable, phone and text not answering either. I’m trying to get a charge back through my bank and I will report to trading standards. DO NOT ORDER from them

FAKE- i purchased some Hoka Clifton 9s, from Gainlier London, took about 3 weeks to come, arrived in a plastic bag from China, no box, horrible fakes.
Get promised a return label will be sent from Gainlier but weeks later and numerous emails, there still isn't any contact. Keep the money you absolute Fakers.
AVOID and do not buy. I will be going trading standards.

A complete scam. Paid for an item which arrived & was counterfeit. Was assured a return would be easy but after several emails & attempted phone calls nothing. The email address then was unavailable. This “company” has an address of 221 Evering Road, London, E5 8AL & their “business number” is 07475 942850 if anyone feels the need to contact them in person. Terrible that these scammers can get away with this. Lesson learned.

PS - I received a full refund from Mastercard.
