Here’s what’s going on
Here’s what’s going on: I hope you don't receive an unexpectedly large bill from this website like I did. I am still under investigation, but here is my story:
I am reaching out to discuss a recent billing statement I received for $741.88 dated 02/06/2025. Upon reviewing my bank records, I believe there may have been an error, as the agreed-upon amount for my order was $591.00. Also, I got another bill of $22.26 for a foreign currency conversion fee. What's this? I need a refund asap.

Dear Erika,
Thank you for sharing your concerns. We’re truly sorry to hear about your confusion regarding the billing amount and appreciate the opportunity to clarify.
Your order total was 591.00 GBP (British Pounds), as clearly stated on your invoice. However, your card provider converted this to approximately $741.88 USD, depending on their exchange rate at the time of purchase. The additional $22.26 is a foreign transaction fee charged by your bank—not by our company.
Please rest assured that Forever Young Depot only charged you the original amount in GBP, and we would be happy to provide any documentation needed to support this.
We completely understand how unexpected fees can be frustrating and we encourage you to contact your bank or card issuer for a full breakdown of the charges.
We value your trust and hope this clarifies the situation. If you feel your concern has been resolved, we’d greatly appreciate it if you would consider updating your review.
Kind regards,
The Forever Young Team 💙

Antwort von Forever Young Cosmetics UK Ltd
Dear Katie,
Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize if our call to your workplace came across as unprofessional—that was certainly not our intention. We wanted to reach out to let you know that our shipping policy allows for up to 10 items at the same flat rate. Since your order included only 2 items, we wanted to give you the opportunity to add more products if needed, without any additional shipping costs. Unfortunately, we couldn’t reach you on the number provided and called the alternate number to ensure you were aware of this option.
We truly value your satisfaction and hope to make things right. If you feel this clarifies the situation, we’d greatly appreciate it if you’d consider updating your review. If there’s anything else we can do to improve your experience, please don’t hesitate to let us know.
Thank you for giving us the opportunity to assist you. We hope to serve you again in the future!
