Your order was dispatched correctly from our warehouse. Unfortunately, due to an error during transit by Royal Mail, the parcel was mistakenly sent to Canada instead of the USA. As soon as we became aware of the issue, we immediately contacted Royal Mail and requested that the parcel be returned to us. Unfortunately, Royal Mail does not offer redirection for international parcels, so they were unable to reroute it to the correct destination.
From our side, we acted as quickly as possible at every stage and did everything we could to resolve the issue without delay.
We completely understand your frustration. Unfortunately, we have to wait for the parcel to be returned before we can issue a refund or send a replacement. Return parcels are not treated as priority shipments, so they often take longer to arrive back than regular deliveries.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by this situation, which was outside of our control. We appreciate your patience and remain committed to resolving this as quickly as possible.
