Basically, if they screw up you are out the money.
No doubt they will respond to this, don’t listen. Their shipping fees are exorbitant!; they need to take responsibility for getting the item there.
It’s not that complex. If you purchase an item it’s reasonable to expect it to arrive. If it doesn’t arrive, they have to re-ship it or issue a refund.
USA customers: Check with your credit card institution prior to purchasing on the rules & regulations that govern chargebacks.
Read this:
Once an order has been shipped, we cannot reroute a parcel back to us. If the parcel is delayed in customs, we are not responsible for the delay, and we cannot issue a refund until the products are returned to us minus shipping fees.
Once customs seizes an item, it rarely releases it. Moreover, you would be trusting them to handle the logistics on having the item returned, which is a lengthy troublesome process.

Regarding shipping costs — we strive to offer fair international shipping rates considering the nature of the products and the specialized logistics involved. These fees are disclosed before checkout and reflect actual shipping and handling costs.
We completely agree that customers should expect to receive their orders. That’s why we always assist in tracking packages, providing documentation for disputes when needed, and following up with carriers when possible. Unfortunately, in cases where customs seizes the parcel and does not return it, a refund cannot be processed unless the package is returned to us.
