Very long delivery time. Part of the package still hasn’t arrived after 3 weeks.
I placed my order on May 22. Two weeks later, I only received part of the package. No one informed me that the order would be split into two shipments, and the second part still hasn’t arrived.

Antwort von Forever Young Cosmetics UK Ltd
Dear Anastasiia,
Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration caused by the delay.
We’d like to clarify that your order, placed on May 22nd, was shipped in two parts. The first part was sent out the next day, and the second part was shipped on June 4th. We understand that it would have been helpful to receive prior notice about the split shipment — and we apologize for not informing you in advance.
The second package is currently in transit, and we’re monitoring it closely to ensure it arrives as soon as possible.
We appreciate your patience and understanding. If you feel the issue is resolved once the delivery is completed, we would be grateful if you would consider updating your review.
Warm regards,
