Loved the quality of the ring. The size was perfect. Really good shape and exactly what my fiancé had wanted. Staff were very helpful in explaining the different aspects of a ring. For example, clarity, size, and more. Also, they were very welcoming in the shop and showed different rings to help me know what I wanted.

My first experience on my consultation Alex was really helpful on the design and what diamond would look perfect and fit nice, he was also amazing on searching a new diamond to fit my budget to the best quality. Alex was really polite and understanding on my needs.

When picking up the ring Muskan was really helpful on explaining the GIA certification, also the perks with ring cleaning and size adjustment, she was really kind and polite on arriving
