We had such an amazing experience working with Maria to pick out and create the perfect engagement ring. From the start she made the entire process feel so easy and special. She was incredibly patient, and took the time to really understand what I was looking for.

She helped guide me through every step from choosing the right diamond and setting to making sure every detail of the design was exactly right. I was in great hands.

I purchased a replacement engagement ring from Flawless a few years ago (after a poor experience with Goldsmiths) and further along purchased our wedding bands from here too. These were custom designed annd exactly what we wanted. After a few years of hard wearing on my part I popped in to get my ring re polished and re rounded. This was all dealt with by Maria who was very helpful at every step with good communication and updates all the way. I don’t plan on buying another wedding band! But will definitely be buying other jewellery from Flawless in the future.
