As the ring was a relatively unique design that needed to be created, Maria took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, answering every question I had (which was quite a few) and making the whole process feel straightforward. Using the reference pictures I shared, she created the perfect rendering on the very first attempt—it was exactly how I had imagined it.

Communication was excellent throughout, and Maria ensured the ring was crafted within my required timeline. Maria’s enthusiasm and excitement to help create the perfect ring was something that really stood out.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I genuinely felt like Flawless Fine Jewelry deserved one. I’ve been working with them for the last few months on my fiancée’s engagement ring, and the experience has been so much better than I expected.

Ish has been absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. She spent so much time helping me , answering all of my questions, and never once made me feel like I was asking too much. Choosing an engagement ring is a huge decision, and she made it feel exciting instead of overwhelming.

One thing that really stood out to me was how willing they were to help get the ring to me sooner. Because of my job, I’ll be gone for a few months, and I was worried I wouldn’t be able to propose before I left. Ish spoke with the production team and was able to have my ring moved up in production, which honestly meant so much to me. That kind of customer service is hard to find.

Having had such a brilliant experience with Flawless Fine Jewellery a few years ago when designing and buying the most beautiful engagement ring, we knew that there was only one place we wanted to return to for our wedding rings!

As a couple planning our wedding abroad in August 2026, we've had lots of questions and have needed everything sorted within certain timescales. We cannot fault Miles - he has made the whole process easy from start to finish with his patience, understanding and enthusiasm! He was always friendly and happy to talk through different ideas until we found exactly the right rings. We never felt rushed and really appreciated his time, honest advice and attention to detail.

Communication was brilliant throughout. We created our own ring which matched the setting of the engagement ring and Miles kept us updated every step of the way. He responded promptly to any of our questions and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
