We purchased our phone system from Anthony Fitzpatrick a number of years ago when the company was Telesis. He was excellent then and continued in the same manner over the years. Nigel (Engineer) attended our dental practice today. The phones had been down for a few days so you can imagine the inconvenience. Nigel within minutes had diagnosed the issue - fixed the problem that was within his remit and explained why it had happened in layman's terms so I completely understood the issue with no jargon. An excellent employee from Firstcom Europe.

Had a full telecommunications install today, both Warren and Callum were excellent representatives of 1st com, both very efficient, tidy and polite and both went above and beyond to ensure all cabling was hidden and left behind a very tidy install.
Would highly recommend 1st com and their team.
5 stars are not enough, definitely a 11 out of 10.

Having reported my issue through eh service desk email, I received a call back on my mobile as working remotely, within half an hour. Oliver sorted the first issue straight away, the second was a little more tricky but fair play, he stuck at it and the printer links a dream.

I have just moved premisses and i wouldn't use any other company. The service and patience are A1. I am a nightmare with technology and all the staff have been amazing with myself and the team. From Anthony who come and sorted my contracts, Mike who done the install with his mate ( arrrgh forgot your name so sorry ) such nice guys. Nothing is too much. I had a issues on the second day with the phones the technician was out within the hour.
Massive shout out to Matt Wilde & Alicia. If matt left I would leave with him lol
I deal with so many companies and this is one of my favs. Thanks guys i really appreciate everything.

We have been with Firstcom for 7 years, and have found them to be very good. They do exactly what they promise to do, and the billing is exactly as described with no nasty surprises. The technical support over the years has been also very good on the few occasions we needed it. They have just installed our new 2025 upgraded phone system, and the engineer, Elliot, could not have been better.
